This bid was the lowest so I accepted it. After a few days of very slow responses to my texts and unanswered phone calls and then, after believing everything was going to move forward finally, he cancels on me the DAY BEFORE he was supposed to do the transport. I'm sorry, but after all the communication issues and misunderstandings about pickup and delivery times, "vehicle issues" just didn't cut it! This kid needs to grow up and learn how to do a job responsibly. A side note: Citizen Shipper was more than helpful in their support and another driver was procured!

Hayley with True Enrichment Logistics LLC did an outstanding job—honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had, period. From the very beginning, her communication was clear, timely, and professional. She kept both me and the breeder fully informed throughout the entire process, which made coordination on both ends smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how well she handled everything—not just the transport itself, but the people involved. The breeder even commented on how easy and pleasant she was to work with, which says a lot. It’s rare to find someone who manages both sides of a transaction this well. She showed up when she said she would, handled the animal with care, and followed through on everything exactly as promised. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. If you’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and genuinely easy to work with, I would not hesitate to use Hayley again. Highly recommend.

Ok you HAVE to choose Robert for transporting your pet!!! He went above and beyond in every single way possible. He was communicative and gave frequent updates that put my mind at ease. He treated my dog with sooo much care and made sure he had the coziest place to ride in across country. But even more amazing: THE PICTURES Robert sends!! You guys, these are like wildlife photographer level. The pictures made us so happy and made us feel like our dog was on a GRAND ADVENTURE rather than being rehomed for a sad reason. I mean the pictures just made our life; we are getting na album printed! I’m telling you, don’t even consider hiring anyone else. HE. IS. YOUR. GUY! Somehow I wish I had another pet to rehome cross country just so I could hire him again.

Annie was amazing- highly recommend!! When a last-minute scheduling conflict prevented me from picking up my new kitten from the breeder, Annie was able to arrange pick up with only 48 hours notice. She communicated both with me and the breeder to ensure a smooth handoff and arrived exactly on time, giving me updates along the four hour drive. Her price was fair and her transport van is clean and well arranged. I would hire Annie again in the future without hesitation.
