10 stars …! I have to say I was very skeptical as we all know there’s a lot of scammers out there so I was very worried at first. However, I reached out and the owner of the company answered all the questions that I had again still feeling skeptical because how do we know, who is on the other end. Well aside from the immediate response, all questions were answered I did a little searching and citizenshiper popped up on Facebook as a recommendation so it made me feel more comfortable that no scams were involved. after contacting the company and getting immediate response, I felt comfortableenough to put my down payment there was great communications throughout the entire process even before I signed the contract the owner paid attention to my questions and kept the communication even though at times I felt I was asking too many questions. I was assured that I wasn’t a bother. Today on March 27, 2026. Our beautiful little puppy arrived and I was provided with excellent communication along with pictures throughout the travel. I absolutely loved the updates and the care that was provided to our little pup. Everything worked out perfectly. I highly recommend and if I ever need pet transportation in the future, I will definitely. go with PPX pet transport.

Bradley was wonderful every step of the way as he was bringing our puppy down from Northern California! Kept us updated the whole drive, and set us up with an app to track him. He brought our pup into the hotel with him. I would recommend Bradley to anyone looking for transport!

These guys were awesome in every way! Great communication from start to finish. They coordinated a very long trip from Orlando to Salt Lake City to get our puppy comfortably and safely across the country. They took him by himself and stopped at dog parks and hikes. They have GPS and we were able to track him the whole way. They sent pictures the whole way. Highly recommend them

I could not have ask for a smoother process. I was notified by the seller of our boat that it was picked up with care, and I can confirm it was delivered with that same care. K&M was in constant communication with me throughout the delivery process with notifications as he went through every state from Florida to Maryland. I am very happy i entrusted K&M with our boat transport and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing transport services. I will definitely be keeping his number.
