I am beyond disappointed with this company. I previously used them for my own move, where the driver had no idea how to pack a truck, refused help, and ultimately shattered several items because things were just thrown in haphazardly. I mean, if you are the driver only and we need to load things in but we cannot go inside AND boxes cannot go magically inside the truck, how would that work? Despite that, I gave them a second chance for my senior parentsâ move. Arthur was responsive until the actual day of the move. He promised a driver by 1:00 PM, then went completely radio silent. I flew to Boston specifically to manage this, took a week off work, and paid for three additional movers to helpâall for this company to never show up or even send a courtesy text. My elderly parents were left stranded in a house full of boxes. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else. This company is unreliable and reckless with your belongings! If I could give zero stars, I would. They are responsive when they want your business, but they will abandon you the moment the work starts. Save your money and your sanity.

If Gizmo or any other furry family member ever gets transported again, it will be Adam!
