Absolutely amazing service! Heās very sweet, respectful, and always provides multiple updates both with pictures and ETA updates, and is very quick with communication! There were absolutely no issues with handling, and everything with my chinchilla was fairly smooth sailing. For my first time booking a pet transporting service, I was incredibly nervous to start with, but he absolutely has my complete confidence, and I would highly recommend him!

Terry was awesome! My puppy had Giardia so she was pooping a lot during the transport. Terry stopped every time she pooped to clean her up and clean her cage. I thought Terry was very conscientious and professional! If I ever need to have another pet transported I want Terry!
