Very friendly and good with dogs. However arrived more than half an hour late for pickup and then took an unscheduled one hour plus stop at a restaurant. We had to wait at the agreed upon meetup for more than two hours.

Initial pick up was great. After it turned into a bad experience. Had sleepless nights of worry. The initial picture of my cats appeared to be in poor condition. It was necessary to seek assistance from main company representative for assistance. Reached point it was necessary to request for my cats to be drop at nearest animal shelter and would seek alternative transportation; they did not comply. In end told their vehicle had issues caused delays. Cats were delivered on 6th day of a two-day expected delivery.

Home Sweet Home drove our rescue dog from Dallas to Pennsylvania. Terry was kind enough to hold a spot for us for 24 hours as the shelter wasn't 100% sure of the day/time he could be released. The drivers checked in often with pictures and updates. He arrived comfortable and happy. The drivers were very communicative and friendly. We would definitely recommend Home Sweet Home.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I cannot say enough good things about my experience! She brought my girl Stella to me safely on the exact same day I requested her. She is incredibly thoughtful and went completely above and beyond by stopping at Walmart before the trip to pick up a crate for Stella to ensure she was comfortable. Communication was perfect the whole way through. If you want total peace of mind when transporting your pet, book with her. She is awesome!
