She had to deal with torrential downpours, flooding, accidents and downed trees and power lines skipping lunch and dinner to make sure I got delivery of my beloved fur baby. I highly recommend Lois to anyone considering using her services, she puts the care of her clients above her own needs. Lois is the best!!

I was looking to transfer my 60lb dog across the country and many other places were outrageously expensive or had iffy reviews. Devin came in at a great price and had great reviews to boot. I am happy to say those other reviews were right! Devin is incredibly friendly, professional, communicative and our dog took a liking to him instantly. If any issues or delays happened on his trip he would notify quickly and remedy the issue as fast as possible. His communication during this whole process was stellar. Whether is was texts, location updates, or photos, I always knew my dog was safe and sound. If you are looking for an affordable, accommodating, safe, and communicative dog transfer service there is none better than this place. Would 100% use again.

We booked Jose a week before we needed to transport our Blue Heeler and Mini American Bully from LA to Palm Beach. He took such incredible care of our girls and our car. It gave us such peace of mind to know they were comfortable in a car instead of terrified in airplane cargo. Jose was CRAZY fast as well!! Will definitely use JGP again if ever needed and will recommend to anyone who will listen.

Excellent communication before, during and after the trip. Took great care Bentley and got him safely from Tampa to DC (even dealing with 4th of July traffic). Made sure Bentley had lots of stops along the way for potty, food and water and delivered a happy boy from our home to our daughterâs. Definitely recommend!
