I was very disappointed. Although the driver was a very nice young man, I was not pleased with the company. They were to pick up my dog in southern Florida and take him to northern Utah. At the time of booking I specifically asked if there would be any other stops and was told that as of that time he was the only one so it would be direct. They also asked to change the date of departure which was fine. When he was picked up the driver mentioned that he had to stop in Georgia to pick up another pup. What he didnāt mention was that he was going to drop that dog off in Maine. 2000 miles in the opposite direction. Two days longer than what was agreed on. What was supposed to be a Monday-Wednesday trip ended up being Monday-Friday. They didnāt communicate with me about the changes and the only way I knew what was happening is because I had put an AirTag on my dog and tracked him. If you choose this company I would highly suggest that you get absolute communication with them.

Antonio was great. Was very flexible and delivered our kitty Reya in what seemed like no time at all, he was very communicative during the trip letting us know what was happening. Our kitty Reya is shy and we were worried she would be scared when he dropped her off but she was fine and took no time relaxing once home. If we ever have to transport an animal in the future we would use him again.

My father passed away a few weeks ago, leaving his sweet kitty, Tokyo, behind. My sister that lives in Arizona wanted to adopt Tokyo so we needed to figure out how to get him from Daytona Beach, FL to Flagstaff, AZ. After setting up a request on CitizenShipper, I had 21 bids from people wanting to transport him. I chose to hire Christina and her husband and Iām so happy I did. Her credentials stood out from the rest. She also transported Tokyo and only Tokyo. He was a VIP! Unlike other transporter who transport multiple animals at once, she only transported Tokyo so he wouldnāt be traumatized. We were able to see her route as she traveled across the country and she gave us frequent updates and photos all along the way. She and her husband take turns driving non-stop so it the fastest ground transport possible. She picked Tokyo up on Wednesday morning and he arrived at his new home Friday evening! It was an amazing experience and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
