This has been an amazing journey for my pet Blaze. I did not feel comfortable putting him on an airplane by himself when I myself has anxiety with flying. With our recent move, me having to place him in a kennel for over a week, I know he would be skittish having to fly him out. Our driver, Kahu Delivery Service, owned by Melisa was very personable, she was on time, she kept me informed about Blaze’s wellbeing, her travel plans and stops to get to the final destination from Springfield VA to El Paso, TX. She sent me texts and videos continuously, showed each place they roomed for the night. I felt self assured and confident I made the right decision. SHE IS THE BEST AND GIVE HER HIGH PRAISES. I was so pleasantly surprised with the service that I got, my driver was considerate, communicative and thoughtful of our specific situation. He would absolutely be my choice if I ever ship a pet again. From start to finish I had zero concerns and he went out of his way to to accommodate my needs even adding hours to trip without altering his original bid. Service like that is simply rare these days
