Trevor was THE BEST!! I was worried about flying our girls based on a prior poor experience, and I can truly say Trevor & Nova made this a luxury experience for them. The communication could not have been better, and he stopped frequently and they got many enriching walks. Seriously, you won't regret this for your pups!

Dmytro truly went above and beyond to ensure my pets were safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the entire process. pickup up aug 1. Never got to Los Angeles. Initially said 4-5 days, after 3 weeks of zero tracking and almost non existent contacts he said he was in Austin, TX. I told I would fly to Austin to pickup dog. Arrived and he said he's coming, please wait. He only sent me that one text per day for 4 days. Would never answer phone or text messages, ever. Never came for 5 days. I had rental car waiting in hotel parking lot waiting for him to simply bring me the dog for 5 days plus hotel fee and airfare to Austin. $700 hotel,$500 airfare, $1200 car rental so far. He came morning of day 5, on dept 1, he had my dog for one month for a 4-5 day delivery he did not even complete. Then I had to finish his delivery and drive to Los Angeles. $300 more in hotel, hundreds in gas. You would be a fool to use this man to transport your dog. Unbelievable but true. He cost me about $5000 to track him down and wait to get my dog to Los Angeles plus an entire week of my time.

My dog was well cared for and arrived safely. It had been a five-day-journey and it appeared that she had bonded with her driver, for she was not happy to see him leave! That says it all. Communication along the way was great and I appreciated the daily photos.
