Home Sweet Home Pet Delivery service was absolutely wonderful & exceeded my expectations! I was so nervous about sending my anxious pup on a long road trip with someone sheād never met. But I felt relief the moment Terry arrived and met my dog, Winnie. He was so kind & friendly & very thorough with his description of how the process would work. He updated me regularly throughout the day & sent frequent pin drops so I knew exactly where they were. He sent videos & photos along the way and helped put my mind at ease. He did a great job making Winnie feel comfortable & made sure she had plenty of exercise, potty breaks, & attention. He was so fun and playful with her so she warmed up quickly to him. Throughout the trip, she would often refuse to potty on breaks & would pee in her crate. He was so patient with her & always did a great job making sure she was cleaned up. He finally got her to potty outside after lots of attempts & patience! I was kept updated on the ETA & was given precise times close to pick up & drop off. Esmeralda and her husband with Emeraldās Fur Baby Transport was absolutely amazing! She helped transport my sweet girl 912 miles to my son after we had to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome her following my husbandās stroke. This was very emotional and difficult situation for our family, and Esmeralda stepped in at the last minute and treated our girl as if she was her own. She was incredibly compassionate, caring, and trustworthy throughout the entire trip. She kept both my son and I updated with videos and messages and even shared her GPS location so we could follow along and know exactly where they were. Knowing our girl was in such loving hands gave us so much peace of mind during an already incredibly difficult time. Esmeralda and her husband got her safely to my son, and we will be forever grateful for the care and kindness she showed our family and our precious girl. I cannot recommend her highly enough! I seriously could not have asked for a better experience! Barry transported my dog Luna all the way from Montana to North Carolina in about 4 days and that about 2,300 miles! He was absolutely amazing. I was definitely nervous about having her travel that far, but he answered every question and we were even able to track Lunasā trip so that made us feel so much better knowing she was in good hands. He was thoughtful, dependable, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing his job well and making sure Luna was taken care of. She made it to us safely, and Iām so grateful for how smoothly everything went. I would absolutely recommend Barry to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their pet. I would use his service again in a heartbeat!

I cannot recommend Peace Love Paws Pet Nanny Services enough! Emi was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process of transporting my beagle. From the beginning, she was incredibly kind, attentive, communicative, and detail-oriented, which gave me so much peace of mind during what could have otherwise been a very stressful transition. Throughout the trip, Emi kept me updated on how Bagel was doing, including his meals, walks, potty breaks, and how he was settling in, and she sent plenty of pictures along the way. I really appreciated how attentive she was to his individual needs and how patient and caring she was with him, especially while he adjusted to traveling and being in a new environment. It was very clear that my beagle was genuinely being cared for along the way and knowing he was with someone who was paying close attention to his comfort, safety, and well-being made such a difference for me. My beagle arrived home safely and well cared for, and I am incredibly grateful to Emi for helping make this transition as smooth as possible. I would absolutely trust Peace Love Paws Pet Nanny Services with him again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet with genuine care and attention.

We had such a wonderful experience with Arne! From the very beginning, he was amazing with our dog. He truly cared for her as if she were his own, and you could tell how much he genuinely loves animals. He sent us pictures along the way and called us with updates, which gave us so much peace of mind during the trip. He was caring, professional, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier for us. Our girl arrived safely and happy, and we are so grateful to Arne for taking such wonderful care of her. I want to split this review in two separate notes. First - Staci was great with my cats, she was communicative prior to the trip, on-time the day of the trip, she had large kennels for them, and she took frequent pictures and updated me throughout the trip. For this, I'm appreciative. However, I have some serious issues with certain aspects of the trip. 1) A dog was brought with her on the trip. I have zero issue with this, but it should've been disclosed prior to me noticing a dog in the front seat. 2) This is my larger and honestly more concerning issue (and I think future clients should also put into consideration). Staci brought her new boyfriend (I know he's new because her Facebook shows they entered a relationship August 6, 2026), his name is Jordan and I do not believe he went through Citizen Shipper's background check. At the start of the trip, there was some confusion regarding payment, which Staci and I quickly resolved, however, Jordan made a passive aggressive at that time. Upon arrival in Florida with my 3 pets which were in two seperate cages, Jordan took the first cage out and swung it around and then handled it with minimal concern or regard for the two cats inside. The second cage, which was towards the front of the car, was pulled out from the back and swung around as well, striking my car which was parked in the driveway (Staci backed her car in and parked in front of my car). Jordan again, handled the cage without any consideration of my cat. Staci has provided her auto insurance and contact info to resolve the damage to my car. If I would to book her services again, I would only do so if Jordan was not part of it. Based on how I saw him treat my animals, his overall demeanor, and his complete lack of respect of property, I would be concerned on how he treats my pets when I'm not around.
