Our Luca was nervous and had been through a lot in the last 9 months and Richard took great care of him to make him comfortable on the trip. He came home with toys and snacks. Communication with Richard’s wife was great. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for transport and I’d use them again if we had to move our pets.
