Such a nice experience! We had issues getting ahold of the breeder and Jessie waited for a long time and even came back the next night to pick up the pup for us! The whole team was super efficient and patient with all the mix ups (on the breeders end). I am so happy with the service and updates!

Professional, friendly and communicative business. Driver sent multiple photos and updates along the way and my dog arrived safe and happy. Meds were distributed to my pet on time / as needed and the driver sleeps with the animals in the van that is temperature controlled so the animals in transport are comfortable. 5 stars and would recommend to others. Mathew is super professional, all around five star service! It was a short-notice shipment after the broker I originally gave the job to failed to produce a driver. After 13 days of waiting I canceled that contract, Citizen Shipper credited back my fee, and I relisted the shipment. Mathew stepped right in, spoke with the manufacturer of the equipment he was bringing from Alabama to California for me to arrange for a pick up the following day, and dropped the rig off with me in California four and a half days later. Mathew is also a great communicator, which is really appreciated : -)
