I canāt say enough nice things about Emi. She was immediately responsive. Took a great care in her driving kept me very up-to-date. I have a picture when she took our new dog out for a walk in the rain and he was wearing a raincoat. Fantastic! She arrived at the appointed time. She was very friendly knowledgeable. I would recommend her without reservation and I would use her again.

Never use them for your shipping needs. The cats were transported without food or water and confined in a crate too small for them for a total of 21 hours. We were told the cats would be picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday but were finally picked up on Friday night. We spoke with Robert multipule times and texted, but someone unknown to me picked up and delivered and this was never disclosed to us. We never did receive a signed copy of the agreement from Robert. AVOID THEM!!!!!!!

London was great with my pups! I was worried one would be anxious but she felt very comfortable with London and seemed to do good during the trip. London shared her location the whole time and sent plenty of pics and videos of the dogs. She also FaceTimed to show them when she had the chance. One of my dogs was having trouble with her back legs but London was a great help getting her in and out of the car and keeping me updated on it. The dogs enjoyed it so much they tried to get back in the car at drop off!

Today we used a pet transporter to deliver our Frenchie mix puppy, and Melissa and Jen were absolutely amazing from the very beginning to the very end. Their communication, organization, and attention to detail were exceptional. We received photos at pickup, updates, pictures and videos throughout the journey, and they even captured the sweetest photos of us meeting our new puppy for the very first time. This wasnāt just pet transportationā¦it became part of the experience. They turned what could have been a simple delivery into a memory weāll cherish forever.
