London was so transparent the whole trip, and super funny as well! I had only been fostering my dog for about 3 months at the time of her pickup and she seemed to do great with her! She shared her location with me the entire way, and sent me lots of videos and pictures of my fur baby the whole way home! She was very good about responding fast as well if I had any questions or concerns! I would definitely choose her again, and recommend her for future riders!!

Liz is wonderful. She provided safe transport for our rescue pup from Kentucky to Texas. Her bid was fair and her service was amazing. From the beginning Liz gave timely replies to any inquiry and provided clear expectations. We were kept informed and updated at all times, prior to and during the transport. She included photos along the route, kept us and the rescue shelter on a joint chat and provided Life 360 tracker app for us to know where she was enroute. We are extremely satisfied with Y2K Pet Transport and happy to support a fellow veteran.

Elena was absolutely the best choice to transport my Husky, Nikita, from Florida to North Dakota. When Elena arrived to pick up Nikita, she unexpectedly got loose and ran away. Instead of leaving the situation to us, Elena went above and beyond by staying and helping my sister search for her. In fact, Elena was the one who found Nikita over an hour later! Throughout the entire journey, Elena kept in regular contact with me, providing frequent photo and video updates. I never once felt out of the loop, and it was clear that Nikita was being well cared for every step of the way. I cannot recommend Elena highly enough. I was very selective about who I trusted to transport Nikita, and Elena exceeded every expectation. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about Nikitaâs well-being and wasnât simply doing a job. If youâre looking for someone who will treat your pet with the same care, attention, and compassion that you would, look no further than Elena. She is professional, trustworthy, and truly loves animals. I would not hesitate to use her services again.

For most of us itâs hard to send our fur babies off with someone we donât know, thatâs why, when you need to, itâs important to choose the right people. All Aboard Transportation is that. Now on our 2nd cross country move and more stress than ever, they took the worry out of moving our dogs. The communication was great and we received photos daily. It was a treat for our kids to see photos of our dogs doing so well and helped them feel good about moving. Letâs be honest, everyone has a way of caring for their pets, ârulesâ or âroutineâ, and they made sure to stick to that. We would definitely use All Aboard Transportation again, Byron was our guy and took amazing care of our other kids.

Paul literally saved us. We relocated from South Africa to Arkansas and because of the international conflict, no flights were available to ship our dog and cat to the US through Atlanta (closest CDC facility to Arkansas). We had to re-route them through LA but no pet shippers would transport further than Arizona from LA. One of the large pet shippers suggested we try CitizenShipper and thank goodness we did! Paul accepted our job and we couldnât have been more thankful. His communication is excellent - he will keep you up to date via texts and calls every few hours during their transport and sends photos and videos. Our international pet shippers failed to provide our pets with food but Paul stopped and got food and even litter for the cat. Then when he realized we were living out of a hotel for a few weeks, he generously gave us the rest of the food and litter! Paul - we really thought we were out of options and we canât thank you enough for transporting our pets safely and reuniting our family.

Mike from customer service was very helpful & my driver Denis was super nice, professional, and kept me posted every step of the way from pickup to drop off. I would highly recommend using Capital Logistics Management for any transporting needs. I will be using them again in the future. Top notch outfit.
