Top Tier. My dog was at a shelter, waiting for me to fly to Vegas and pick her up. To my surprise, she couldn't fly back because of the heat. I was told by the Shelter to try a transportation agency. I explained to the transporter my situation, and she assured me not to worry, my dog was in good hands. She transported her from Las Vegas, Nevada, to Broussard, LA. That's over 1600 miles. She updated me when they took breaks, and I was fine with that. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. So satisfied I gave her a BIG tip. Excellence at its finest. I did not tell them how much she loves a pup cup, and I woke up to a clip of my dog eating and enjoying one. Thank you and may God bless your business with great success. ❤️🫶🏽❤️

We cannot recommend Hayley’s VIP express (especially Kristen) enough! We were quite nervous for our puppy to be traveling across the country without us but the second we met Kristen, we knew she would be in good hands.
