I cannot recommend this pet transport service highly enough. He safelyâand somehow still ahead of scheduleâtransported my three large dogs from Virginia to Florida with exceptional care and professionalism. From start to finish, he was communicative, thorough, and clearly very experienced. He provided regular updates, including photos and videos, and even shared his live location, which gave me total peace of mind without needing to purchase tracking devices. It was obvious he truly understands dogsâhe knew exactly how to handle them, what to watch for, and how to keep them safe and comfortable throughout the journey. My dogs are three American Staffordshire Terriers ranging from 60â80 pounds, and he accommodated them perfectly in secure kennels. He kept me updated on their energy levels and overall well-being the entire time. What really set him apart was how much he went above and beyond. He arrived ahead of schedule, accommodated a last-minute change in delivery location, and even helped carry in the large crates. He stayed with me until the dogs were fully checked into their training facility and even offered to help load the crates back into my car. He is not the cheapest optionâbut you absolutely get what you pay for. If you love your dogs like family, this is the person you want handling their transport. His qualifications, certifications, and experience truly show in the quality of his work. Like many others have said, you will not regret choosing him. He is simply the best at what he does.

We sent our 70lb lovable pittie with Jessica from San Francisco to Chicago to help with our move. At first, we were a bit hesitant to use citizen shipper/do a pet transfer but from the start, Jessica made us feel confident about our decision. She was extremely responsive, reassuring and friendly! We could clearly tell she treated Finley like her own on this roadtrip. She gave multiple daily updates and couldn't have been more fantastic. Would highly recommend her if you're in need of a pet transfer! 11/10!!!

I wasnât planning on leaving a review but citizens shippers insisted. If exact pickup and delivery timing isnât an issue and paying for everything up front works for you she seems like the real deal. Just could communicate better. I was asking about how she did the payment before booking as I usually do half at booking and the other half on delivery. Had we discussed that more clearly before I booked with her this transaction would have never happened. I liked her reviews and so I did book her ⌠After we spoke on the phone she was ok with 1/2 now 1/2 on delivery but I was having issues with my Venmo. She runs based on the payment so if someone isnât paying her she has to wait at the gas station until funds come through. Makes picking up and delivering on a schedule a bit inconvenient. I was ok with it tho. We were having problems with communication about PayPal as another payment option and I thought her hanging up on me and canceling 4 hours before pickup was a bit immature. It was inconvenient for myself as well as the breeder after planning everything for him to be ready at the time she said. I found my pup another ride that worked out even better so no big deal. Cost me about the same. So things worked out for me. I think based on our conversation that she assumed I wasnât going to pay her because of past bad experiences and I was having Venmo issues ⌠so thatâs legit, but it wasnât my intention not to pay her. The only other option I had was PayPal and I guess it charged a big fee on her end so she wasnât wanting to continue with the transaction. I think had I not been having issues with Venmo at the time it all may have went better so 3 out of 5 stars on not even getting my dog delivered by her is generous because Iâm owning that. The miscommunication ⌠lack of planning if funds arenât timely and impatience with me over the phone seems a bit unprofessional. But not everyone rolls that way. She seems to know a lot about dogs and genuinely loves them. Iâm sure that she does everything else top notch or I wouldnât have booked her in the first place. Having a caring dog person is important for me.

They were able to take my dog Vance to and from his destination perfectly and smoothly!! I was a bit nervous because it was my first time but they were very reliable and well mannered. They sent me pictures and messages of updates every 4 hours. They accommodated my requests and it was honestly the best experience I have had. I will definitely use them again for the future and any services I will ever need.
