He was excellent at providing updates along the way and we always knew how the trip was progressing and more importantly how our pup was doing. We were satisfied, driver provided updates on arrival, traffic delays, and ultimate ETAs on pickup and delivery of our dog. During the transport, we were provided live updates with videos and photos of our dog. Driver provided kennel and carrier and ensured our dog was fed.

This was my first time having a pet transported. I hired Donnelly Thompson. He kept me informed on his drive, Sent videos on their stops. Let me know of weather and traffic delays,which there were,it was a multi state trip,he had other dogs along with mine,which I think helped my shelter dog. I would recommend him. Paw Trek Transport was phenomenal. I had never entrusted my cats to anyone else to transport before (especially for a cross country trip!) and I could not have been happier. Ashley and Jayden provided photos of each cat at each stop as well as updates about how they were doing. They gave the cats care and attention and I never had to wonder where they were or what they were doing. The cat's kennels were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel stay gave them a good rest in the middle. Thank you so much Paw Trek !!

Christina went above and beyond delivering our new puppy. Her and her husband were very friendly and helpful. They texted us as to the progress on the trip. Sent us pictures of our dog along with an eta. I would highly recommend Christina and her husband if your in need of pet transport. Jessica was beyond Amazing! From the moment she picked up our dog until she arrived we were informed. Jessica provided an " extra touch" of love. To both our dog and to the members of our family who were all nervous about this FIRST travel adventure. She had multiple play and potty breaks and continual contact with us. All will be in good hands with Jessica.
