He really went above & beyond!! he picked up Hustle (my grand dog) & cared for him almost a week before the actual trip bc I was moving to another state. I received communication including pics, videos & texts several times everyday. He is full of love & knowledge of dogs (especially larger dogs. This is the guy you want to hire to transport your fur babyâŚ..hands down! Jorges care & service was such a blessing to our family!!!! Thank you so much J!!

Donna Hopkins is the best!!! I will never trust anyone else with my dogs. Donna very clearly loves dogs. She bonded with my 2 (a 7-year-old Border Collie/Lab mix and a very active 10-month-old Pomapoo) from the minute they met. She was in contact with me the whole 2400 mile trip. I got pictures and videos of the entire trip. My dogs were clearly happy, well fed and exercised. AND, she made the trip in record time. Donna is a lovely person - very responsible and trustworthy. I cannot recommend Eric and his family enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, kind, and communicative. They kept me updated throughout the entire trip with frequent messages and photos, which meant more to me than I can put into words. This was such a hard decision for meâtrusting someone to transport my two cats to live with my parentsâand they made the entire process feel safe, easy, and reassuring. Knowing they were in good hands gave me so much peace of mind. If youâre looking for someone who truly cares about the animals transports and treats them like his own, Eric and his family were amazingly. Iâm beyond grateful.

Heather is a godsend! She took awesome care of my Australian Labradoodle - Nellie. She kept me well informed during the whole trip and was amazing in the amount of miles she drove in such a short time. As a person she is very well grounded and a conscientious person. This was the first time I used a service like this and it was a long trip, 30 hours. Of course I was a little nervous. Christian transported our pet from Central Texas to Fort Collins Colorado in early January 2026. Total trip time was just over 24 hours from pick up to delivery. The trip was documented along the way with location pins and pictures. We as senders, and our daughter as the receiver were able to track the journey in real time. All the logistics were fantastic. Hats off to Christian for finding so many fenced in areas for dogs along the way. Our dog looked like she enjoyed the play time, and getting to stretch her legs during their travel breaks. Christian was able to find a time that worked for both of our schedules to make our transport. We are so pleased it all worked out for Christian's Pup Hound Transport to be our partner. We highly recommend Christian and would choose to partner with him again for another transport, even if it meant waiting for a scheduling time.
