The Worse service ever!!!!!! I put my post up for NOV 3 Monday. They sent me a message and said they could deliver on OCT 31. I agreed and changed my plans and contacted the seller and made arrangements, moved my whole schedule around. So I decided to book with them and paid $137 on the app. Now this is where the lies and promises start getting messy. Later on that night, after selling me the booking on the 31st. They tell me that they cant make it on the 31 and how they just had a delivery and needed time to rest. So FRANK calls me and says he will go home get his friend to drive for him and pick up the puppy early in the morning 6-7 am when he gets into the town the seller is. NEVER SHOWED UP. Now the seller is wondering where the FRANK is. All day today no word. Around 5 pm I call Frank and he says that he hasn't picked up the puppy and that he would have to go get the puppy at 11 pm - 12 am. Now this is a older women. Definitely not professional or shows courtesy going to a elders house at that time. After the RUN AROUND and RUN AROUND for 2 days with nothing getting done. HE says he can deliver at 5-6 am on Saturday. IVE NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH INCONSISTANCY AS MUCH AS THIS. IT WENT FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT AND EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. Very very unprofessional and lack of communication and definitely doesn't not respect peoples time. His language was very unprofessional and when I vocalized my frustration. He kept cutting me off and had no respect for a women. After the 2 days of the run around all he could offer was a 20$ discount. Also explaining that he used a Uber pets to deliver a pet to a client and got paid the full amount while the charge for him to send the Uber was cheaper. I SHOULD OF KNOWN THAT WAS A SIGN. NEVER EVER AGAIN> TERRIBLE SERVICE.
