I want to express my gratitude to Byron from All Aboard Transportation, who recently transported Marley, our Border Collie, via Citizenshipper transportation from California to Louisiana, spanning over 1800 miles. Throughout the journey, Byron demonstrated exceptional care, keeping us updated daily with pictures and reports on Marley's well-being. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our transporter Josh and I truly cannot recommend them enough. They delivered our Newfoundland puppy to us during a period of terrible winter weather, and their communication, care, and professionalism gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire trip. When you’re trusting someone with a baby animal, it’s incredibly emotional and nerve-wracking… but they treated our puppy like their own. From the moment they picked him up, we received regular updates, photos, and check-ins. They were always quick to respond and happy to answer every anxious puppy-mom question I had. It was clear our pup was safe, comfortable, and well cared for the entire journey. What impressed me most was their commitment despite the conditions. Travel delays and weather complications would have been an easy reason to cancel or reschedule, but instead they worked hard to safely complete the transport and get our puppy home to us. That level of reliability and dedication meant so much to our family. When our puppy arrived, he was calm, clean, and clearly well cared for. You could tell he had been handled with patience and kindness the whole way. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely compassionate with animals, you can feel completely confident booking with them. We are so grateful they brought our puppy home safely to us. 10/10 would recommend without hesitation.

Dwayne was amazing. He kept me updated with pictures every break he made. He picked up my dog on Sunday night @11:30p and delivered the next day Monday @ 11:25p. My dog was well taken care of. He was super laid back and was very well behaved. Got a great reasonable price for 5 star service! I’d definitely recommend them for any of your animal transportations!

I was very satisfied with the professionalism of All Aboard Transportaion. After being hesitant about getting my boy back from AZ to WI safely and many bids from Citizen Shipper. I choose them. They kept their word with their schedule and times and everything worked out perfectly. Even in a snow storm. Dwayne was amazing and kept us updated with texts and pictures along the way. I had my 20lb Chiweenie transported from Oregon and Byron did great. It was a little stressful for the dog as it will always be traveling long distances with someone they never met. This trip was from Oregon to Chicago. But mu dog made here in 2 days and I'm glad to have her here with me. Thank you for the rate and for the service. I had pictures and communication from Byron consistently.
