I am very satisfied with the service provided by Josh. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He picked up our dog from a CDC-approved facility in Los Angeles and drove him safely to Ellensburg. Throughout the journey, he kept us updated with regular messages and photos. Our dog had traveled from India to Los Angeles by flight in an IATA-approved crate measuring 45.3 × 27.2 × 33.5 inches, which Josh also transported along with him. Highly recommend Josh for his professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for pets!

Dwayne was excellent! We were so worried about not transporting our dog ourselves, but we couldn't make the timing work. We were worried that our dog would be so stressed and sad but the moment Dwayne arrived he took time to visit and chat with us. Even showed my daughter some pictures of other dogs as we were both sad to see our dog leave. We had tears and he was calm and let us say our goodbyes. Our friends texted once they received our dog from Dwayne and had nothing but positive things to say. Our dog was well taken care of and eve when she met Dwayne and got in the car her tail was wagging so happy. He talked to her and pet her to make sure she was at ease, which made us at ease. He texted updates, and was someone we felt instantly we could trust. The transition from Utah to California was smooth and we were informed the entire time! Highly recommend using them! I had read and researched other services but felt good about this one and now that we used it I highly recommend them!!
