We were very apprehensive about using Citizen Shipper at first, but then we got a bid from Bill, and after carefully reading his reviews I could tell we had found the right person for the job. He was beyond responsive and made us feel at ease. I touched base the night before to ensure all the documents I needed from the breeder were included. On the morning of pickup he texted me to let me know our precious Ben had been picked up. He sent us a picture, and halfway through the two-hour drive he sent a location update so we knew where he was on the last leg of the trip. I highly recommend him, your pet is in very capable hands! 5 Stars +

Christian did a wonderful job transporting my cat for a very long trip. She provided regular updates and photos every few hours when she did a rest stop. My cat arrived safely and obviously well cared for. I would not hesitate to hire her again.

This service is top shelf. My 3 dogs were well cared for (frequent stops for potty and play) and came to me in better shape than when they left -happy and fell in love with driver Taylor! Taylor is professional, funny and very serious about taking good care of the furry babies. Also, very fast from Arizona to Chicago -surprised me in a good way. I would highly recommend this service for any transport you need for your pets. This service is hands down THE BEST. I definitely use them again! Thanks Taylor ,. I really appreciate you!

Tricia could not have been more helpful, from advising me through the entire process of bringing our dogs into Hawaii (FAVN, DAR paperwork, island permits, health certificates) She even arranged for them to have a private vet see them so they could fly direct into Kona. She remained in contact from the beginning of the process, always available for questions and concerns as we made our way though this journey. We felt fully confident entrusting our babies with her, and from the moment she picked them up to the moment they arrived we didn't have to worry one moment knowing they were being so well taken care of. If you need transport to Hawaii, or anywhere else, Tricia is absolutely 100% who you want.

Sorry for the delay I cant say enough about this transport company. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Even the foster company in Texas wants to work with them again. The driver was an animal lover; it was self-evident. It made me feel so happy to get the pics of her during the trip. If you have doubts don't they are the real deal.
