Our fee is a flat fee that is quoted. PLEASE BE ADVISED citizenshipper charges a fee but that does not go to us, it is for using the website. Our fee quoted is our flat fee. Please be advised when shipping your fur baby you may send a tote or box no larger than a 5 lb bag of dog food. Please label your bag so we can make sure your items arrive safely. If items are not labeled we do not guarantee delivery, as the driver needs to pay attention to the animals on board. If you need additional space we can provide it for a fee. This is for the safety of everyone on board. Delivery We will make every reasonable attempt to notify the person receiving the pet of our estimated time of arrival. If no one is available to receive the pet and/or we are unable to contact the responsible party, there will be a daily fee of $150 per pet to defray the cost of care. The party ordering the transport will be responsible for these charges. We recommend that alternative arrangements be made in the event the person responsible for receiving the pet is unable to do so. The receiving party MUST be available 24 hours a day. We give a 30 minute grace period for deliveries, any time after that will be charged the daily fee. We keep in constant contact for Pickup/Deliveries so no pet is sitting and waiting. On multi pet transports we cannot make adjustments to our route to accommodate certain drop off times. Receiving party needs to be available at all times on estimated delivery date. If you can not be at drop off location at the time of delivery someone else must be there to receive pet. In event this happens balance of transport fee is due to driver before drop off. Pets will not be released until payment is made and cleared with driver. If COD is agreed upon while booking and no one is available to receive pet then breeder/seller is responsible for the transport fee and return transport fee to return pet to breeder/seller By booking us you agree to the terms above. Also, as stated in my introduction... please contact us to verify availability before booking and understand if there is severe, treacherous weather brewing, fires or tornados, flooding etc . ... we may have to reschedule or stop and wait it out to ensure safety for all. My name is Kara and I am a retired Traveling RN that absolutely adores all creatures big and small. I have traveled all across the US to work various ERs but always manage to work and take care of/ transport others animals along the way (dogs, cats, horses, goats, rabbits, llamas, mules and even lizards). I am a pet lover and have had a variety of pets and rescue animals throughout my life. I am also knowledgeable in animal first aide/ CPR. I believe in being prepared to render life saving aide to all God's creatures. I will love, play with and take care of each furbaby as my own, provide a comfortable and safe ride during transport, as well as keep you updated through text, pics and video chats along the journey. My mom will also be assisting with the care and updates during transport, when she is able to travel. I have been a courier driver, food deliverer in the past and have not had any incidents or accidents for the past 15 years.
