I highly recommend Animal HOUSE. I have never shipped a pet and they made the task so easy with their direct communication and accountability.
Robert transported our doodle from Rancho Palos Verdes, CA to Sunderland, MA, and we couldnât be more satisfied with the experience. He was fantasticâeasy to communicate with, responsive every step of the way, and sent daily updates and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind. It was clear he genuinely cared for our pup and treated her like his own. She arrived safe, happy, and well-cared-for. Robert is reliable, trustworthy, and professionalâand his pricing was very fair for the exceptional service provided. We highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for pet transport. No hesitationâheâs the best!

Swift, cost-free quotes are just a step away.
This was our first time using a service like this and it was perfect! We had to move 4 animals with just 3 humans to fly with them so we sent our 4th pet with Tina halfway across the country. Tina executed everything perfectly with great communication the whole time. She delivered the cat earlier than we expected and the cat was perfectly happy when we got her back. Do not hesitate to use Tina/B&T if you are new to this like we were. She delivered 5 star service all the way.
Shipping took a few weeks but very happy with their service.
Pawfect Partners Pet Transportation did a great job transporting my mini aussie from AZ to TX. I was extremely nervous sending my fur baby with someone I didn't know but they did a great job communicating while traveling and were sure to send updates and pictures along the way. They got my dog to his destination safely and quickly. Would recommend to use this service.
Very easy company to work with and lots of great communication. My bike was picked up the day they said they would pick it up and was delivered the next day in great condition. My delivery driver texted me about an hour before he arrived to my apartment to let me know he was on the way. Thank you!!
Excellent service! Sis texted or phoned everyday plus sent photos. Poppy, my cocker, was clearly happy and at ease when I picked her up, clean and well fed. I couldn't be Excellent care of my cocker"s cross country transportation. Sis texted or phoned daily plus, sent photos. Very pleased with her and her son's care. I picked up a happy, clean, well fed Poppy at the arranged time.
I was out of town when the bike was delivered , according to my shipping and receiving folks the bike had been transported in a new enclosed trailer, was tied down securely and was in perfect condition after unloading. One comment from my shipping gal was the driver while helpful spoke very little english. All this aside, I was very happy my Yamaha arrived safelyâŚ.
Right on time, and delivered our little girl to her new home đ he kept me updated through the whole process!
Not satisfied at all, initially I was called by the driver that put in the bid but I chose. Later I was called and told someone else would pick up the dog. I didn't know any better so I guess that was all legit I thought. At first I thought my dog was just nervous from the trip. Well few thousand later find out something so dramatic and terrible happen to my dog on the way 30 days now I think he is still messed up majorly by whatever transponded during that trip he will not go outside he shelters himself underneath anything trying to hide he will only allow me to touch him with thousands of dollars from taking him to vets all the way to veterinarian forensic psychiatrist to find out that something transpired during that trip what I have no idea but I can guarantee one thing I'm going to do everything in my power so that company never touches a dog or chips a dog or even looks at anyone's dog so citizen shippers get ready for your lawsuit and you can do it and handle it from there I'll be dealing with the state that that company's license out of that ship my dog and with any kennel clubs government animal associations and so forth to let them know what happened and hopefully they will have their license suspended and a very happy find.,so they will never be able to handle or touch someone's dog again, it's a shame. I hope there will prosicution charges from the state that their license in... are at least the states that they had to have passed through to get the dog from Kansas to Florida.
My anxiety did not exist when working with Jamie. I had a last minute emergency transportation that she got taken care of next morning. She sent pictures a long the way, assured me my dog was a good dog lol, and she even checked in to make sure I made it home safely. She is very professional but feels like a friend! I highly recommend her. Thank you Jamie!!!! Woolfie and I are finally resting â¤ď¸
Excellent. Puppy was received days before expected. Thank you for getting our baby to us.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE. I was scheduled to have my one pitti transported on 7/13/25 from OKC to Great Falls, Montana. Background is this pitti is a rescue from a fighting circle here and was a foster who found her forever home in great falls Montana. I am currently packing and moving back home to New Orleans. The pickup was scheduled at 0830 from my house. I work as a NICU night nurse so being timely was huge as I have to sleep during the day. At 0830 I texted him and he was 30 minutes away and stating he was running late. When he arrived he was in a 4 door car when I was expecting a van or suv. I expected this because in messages I stated she had a lot of belongings and he was sent two pictures of her kennel and her large temperpedic dog bed on JULY 4th over a week before the transport to make sure it would all fit. In addition before I booked her was notified she would have belongings including a medium box and her kennel and other belongings. This was huge for me booking because I was not going to be seeing her again. When he arrived in a car I immediately asked if all her belongings would fit. He was very unsure. He grabbed the first bed and but it into the trunk but the second would not fit. I told him at this point this isnât going to work because she canât go without her belongings. Secondly, he then put the back seats down to try to fit the second bed. I asked where Maple was going to go and he said the back. At this point it is not safe at all because she would be in a kennel sliding around the back and he didnât even put the kennel or her box in the car. In the box was her toys, food, treats, bones and all other belongings a dog lover would send with their dog. At this point I do not want her going. In addition the whole thing seemed unprofessional and like this was his first time. When I asked why he didnât have a bigger vehicle he said the rental car place gave him this car and not something bigger. He just kept trying to convince me to let him take her and I felt so uncomfortable. He was saying the items looked smaller in the picture and even then said he transports dogs not belongings. Every item of belonging was dog related for her. She was going to a new home in Montana where she will be one of two dogs. At this point I ask to cancel and have my money returned as this was not safe for the dog and it was not a correct description of how the transport was supposed to go. Again he kept trying to convince me he could make it all fit and take her. When he knew the answer was no he kept coming up with excuses not to give my money back. He is now stating I am moving and I just wanted him to carry my belongings. It would cost me less money to rent a uhaul and drive it if this was the case. I am also moving to New Orleans not Montana. He also stated I was transporting her with more belongings than stated. This is now a huge dispute of trying to get money back when he does not want to pay it. Idk if he even still has the money. He is claiming this is a deposit. It was half the cost of the whole trip for which he did not do anything. If I had known he was bringing a car I would have cancelled immediately and if I knew her stuff couldnât fit I would also have cancelled immediately. I am so overprotective of my dogs and their care that I would never let her go in this situation. I wish I could upload photos. Please please spend more money and use a different person. This is not a professional company and itâs already so expensive to transport. He will use any excuse possible not to give money back. This is a forewarning unless you have a small dog with no belongings do not use. If you are part of rescuing like me and you found a home in another state do not use this person.
How can I even express my gratitude. We had a unique scenario, trying to transport a rescue dog from down south, up north. Danny took incredible care of Birdie. He took photos of her travels, kept me updated on his arrival time, and was so kind and helpful when dropping her off. I cannot recommend Danny enough.
