We had an excellent experience with CMA, which delivered 6 boxes of important paintings, ranging from mid-sized to large, from Portland, Oregon, to Peoria, Arizona. Communication was excellent; the packages were picked up and delivered within the committed time frames, and, most importantly, they arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend CMA for transportation of whatever it is you need taken from point A to point B.

Communication was sub par to say the least. I tried calling multiple times, they never answered but text instead. No GPS as stated on profile. More than one dog in the vehicle when mine arrived. States one dog VIP treatment. Will not use again.

Horrible service. These people are liers. They said they will transport my dog in 5 years. They took 14 hours. My dog was kept in a crate for that long. If you love your pet, don’t trust this company. I had to call the police at 5 am to track my dog.

This is our first experience shipping our dog with someone, so we have no basis for comparison. We booked Crystal only about a week in advance, so we were happy to find Crystal. Ruby arrived happy and safe, which is of course the #1 goal. Crystal transported multiple dogs, picking up along the way, and continuing on after dropping Ruby off. She stayed in hotels and with her in-laws over the weekend before starting the longest part of the drive. She was very nice, seemed to genuinely like dogs, and sent plenty of updates and pictures along the way. She did not use most of the dog food we provided, but Ruby was not super hungry when she arrived, so I'm guessing she probably chose to feed all the dogs the same food to avoid any conflict. Not really an issue for us, but would have been nice to know in advance rather than getting our cooler bag back with a bunch of warm, smelly food pouches. My advice to anyone using Citizen Shipper is just to ask every possible question so you're clear in advance as to what to expect.

A very lovely young lady she made sure to tell me when she arrived and picked up my puppy. She gave me many updates from the road. She did stop and let the puppy go potty which she sent me pictures of. She gave me a GPS update of where she was at when she stopped for gas. She let me know all in all. I had a great experience with her recommend highly if you need somebody to transport, Dawn Hall
