Awesome service, especially considering they were working with a furry friend. Had food and water, and even took the dog out for some fresh air in a safe gated environment. Frequent updates throughout the trip, extremely satisfied.

Robert is a very special person , he had to do last minute change and he did it with out complaints. I never felt like i could not text him he always responded back and makes you feel like your his only transport, as he is going from place to place. He would give me up dates and pictures of my pet .He showed he loves all pets, he is very concerned about staying on schedule, i think its good but alot pressure there is traffic iHe was good on time,but for his safty i hope people dont demand him or any driver to be spot on. I have no complaints, if it wasnt for him and his partner my dog would not made out of the shelter. They saved his life. Thank you and safe travels.

Robert was amazing from start to finish. He transported my puppy safely from New York to Miami and kept me updated throughout the entire trip. Robert was fantastic, he was very flexible and understanding with us, due to the fact that we were adopting a rescue dog, with dates changing throughout the process. We were able to track our puppy via gps at any time, Robert was always on top of keeping his phone charged so we could always see where they were, it was a long trip and our dog arrived in great shape and happy. Robert clearly likes/loves the dogs he transports. He is very knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior. He spent time with us as we introduced our pups. He was easy to communicate with during transport and was conscientious about coordinating pick up and delivery.
