Eric and his wife together do a phenomenal job. They actually were so reliable that I believe I will be doing a lot of business with this platform over FedEx and UPS. They picked up the packages in a very timely fashion and had them delivered from New York to Florida on the exact time and date that they said they were going to. I couldn't ask for a better service

Judi was wonderful! She gave video updates along the way, which made me feel really comfortable knowing my dog was doing well during the trip. I also loved that you can follow the journey through Life360, so I always knew where they were along the route. She was communicative, reliable, and clearly cares about the dogs she transports. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing safe and trustworthy pet transport!

Dee and I arranged for her to transport my three dogs, a 2br apartment and my car. Dee's driver cancelled the night before and Dee did not inform me in time, until I was 1/3 of the way through a cross country flight from GA to CA. She knew I had a flight across the country, and still cancelled when I had already left the state and therefore everything I own in an apartment with a now expired lease. I now have to pay an additional $2000 just to get my dogs and things arranged due to convenience fees. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. This was such a terrible experience.
