Sam was absolutely incredible!!!!!! I don't leave reviews, but this one deserves every inch of it. From 30 minutes after he left, he was sending real time phones with GPS location on it, custom videos throughout the trip and my dog "aka my best friend" arrived flawlessly on-time and happy. I had the best experience booking a shipping service with Gloria, she was super cordial and easy to communicate with from the get go. She kept me informed from the moment she picked up my puppy, and provided updated along the way. She made sure that my puppy was in a welcoming and peaceful environment during the trip. Gloria was very helpful and I truly appreciate how flexible she was accommodating my very limited drop off window. This was my first time booking through citizenshipper, and honestly I'm happily impressed. I'm very grateful that Gloria brought my puppy, and if I ever need long distance shipping service again I will definitely use her service.

Cartier came in perfect condition, their van is very well set up for safe transport. I will 100% be going through them for every transport in the future.
