I would’ve given 3 stars really , since they guaranteed transport same day I booked and was told they had a driver already, was told not to worry , so I waited til next day to see how it went , nothing had been picked up! lol so I had to pay storage fees and was never told anything until I had called them. Told me the driver canceled . I don’t believe that. What I feel like is that they wanted my business and did anything to get me to book, so I guess they never had a driver at first so they had to find one and couldn’t find one on same day I was promised so I had to call many times , in order for them to do their job that was already paid! told them hey if you ain’t going to find a driver I’m going to cancel and get my refund which I stated before I wanted guaranteed same day or next day . So if you guys aren’t going to find anyone then I’ll find someone else . So I have them an hour . I already started looking around for other transporters , so by the time I found someone else , they had called me stating they have a driver already , is ready for pick up now . “Mind you this was already afternoon, “ but Everything went smooth , picked up my rv 45 mins later , arrived next day .. with this company you’re going to have to keep calling them and making sure they’re doing the job you paid for ! It is a lot of money . But the driver was nice , communicated with me sent me pictures at pick up. Told me damages it had before it arrived . Showed me the rv . We will still use this company but ahead of time . Thanks

Not good at communicating. I left a voicemail to reschedule because my father was in the hospital and couldn’t receive my dogs. Never replied to my voicemail. I ended up overlooking this because my cousin stepped in to receive them so we went forward with the original time. I called her six times the night before and she never picked up. I ended up leaving later than expected for the airport and was pulling up 25 minutes later than our time but her father at this point had called me several times and was very rude and unprofessional and as I was about to pull up he called me again to say “we’re going to miss our flight” even though it was at 5:10 am and I was pulling up close to 3:30 am. At this point I felt very uncomfortable with them and just left and came back home. She said that a 3:30 drop off was not enough time for a 5:10 check in and refused to refund me money because apparently her expenses exceeded the deposit of $700. A 3:30 drop off was not enough time for her to check in for a 5:10 am flight and this delay was enough for her father to become flustered and overwhelmed. They are not the right people for this line of work.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, everything went wrong from the day one of moving until I met them. They are so kind and so gracious my dog was so excited and had the best trip. She was so comfortable. The whole backseat of their truck is for my animal. She was super comfortable and did not have any anxiety when I arrived in Arizona. They also drove my U-Haul because the movers could not make the date. I was losing my mind. They are the most amazingly kind Generous caring people I have ever met. Please use them. My dog was not crated at all, which was a big plus for me, out of all the bad things that happened from this move they were the best, they are fantastic, they took such good care of my girl, she has not had any nightmares. She’s at home and very happy, this takes so much stress away from your animals to have them not in a box. Their price was fantastic and they moved things around for me to accommodate me getting to Arizona. Nobody else is gonna do this. I’m telling you nobody else they are extremely gracious and kind and I cannot thank them enough. Please use them thank you so so so very much.🩷💚❤️🩵🧡💛💜

David provided exceptional service in the safe delivery of my pup to Temecula, CA from Chicago, IL. He provided timely updates and was incredibly easy to work with!

Brianna was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly and was able to pick up my puppy on short notice, the next day after I posted on Citizen Shipper. She took great care of my puppy and sent pictures and texts along the way. She also used GPS tracking so we could follow along on her route to us. I highly recommend!

The driver was wonderful. He let me know through text as he came nearer me until he delivered my puppy. The experience was great and the driver was great. For a very reasonable fee I didn't have to drive 500 miles, which would've been a drag. And so to sum it all up, I would never use another shipper.

I booked pet transport with Omer after my initial transporter cancelled last minute. He was able to pick up and deliver my pup efficiently. When Omer arrived at our home my mom, who is older, felt very comfortable with him. He greeted our pup the way family would. Vehicle was clean and well set up for travel. I will definitely book with Omer again in the future.

I would highly recommend door to door to transport your pet. Rachel's communication throughout the whole process was fantastic and Thomas did a great job of delivering our pet safely and providing us with pictures along the way!

The delivery went smoothly and faster than I could have expected. Despite the long distance, my boat was delivered and on the water the next day! Fantastic transport.

Well for starters, they driver was late for the pickup, then his truck looked like it was just involved in a terrible accident. Then he did not speak a lick of English, and my boat showed up with the cover shredded, one of the rail boards missing, and the bearing buddy caps were gone. I will make sure and NEVER recommend your company to anyone for any type of shipping needs. I have yet to hear back from the company on my claim either.
