We are Andrea and Hannah, experienced transporters, and passionate dog owners based in the beautiful Greenbrier Valley of West Virginia! With over 5 years of professional animal transport experience, we understand just how important it is for your pets to be safe, comfortable, and cared for on their journey. We have two full-size SUVs equipped with excellent heating and cooling systems to ensure your pet’s comfort no matter the season. We can also provide crates for transport if needed. Throughout the trip, your pets are supplied with fresh water, kibble, and treats, and we take the time to give them the attention and care they deserve. We do occasionally source other drivers for legs of the trip to keep costs lower. We’re more than happy to accommodate any special needs or requests to make your pet’s trip as stress-free as possible. For those needing an extra level of care, we proudly offer VIP trips for pets who require individual or specialized attention. As dog owners ourselves, we treat every animal we transport as if they were our own. We are committed to providing safe, compassionate, and reliable transport services that you can trust. Booking Information: ⭐️ Half of the payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. ⭐️ We accept CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle for your convenience. ⭐️ Please note: If a customer cancellation occurs, the deposit is non-refundable. ‼️Citizenshipper does charge a fee on their own to book through this website. I was very worried about having my dog transported with unknown people as he is very shy but you guys did amazing!! I was updated often with pictures and he warmed up to you all so fast! As well as he arrived very quickly! Overall a very amazing experience for my first time using a pet shipper! I am very grateful!

Hannah takes her job very seriously and delivers excellent service to her clients. She travelled with our two Goldens from Georgia to California. We received updates and photos along the way. Compared to our last shipper who was horrible, Hannah is top notch. Communicates well and picked up and dropped off on time.

Hannah was absolutely amazing. I was able to keep in contact with her during the entire process. She sent me pictures and updates. She shared her location with me. She is the sweetest girl!! This was my first time using ground transportation for an 8 week old puppy, so naturally I was nervous. Hannah put me at ease from the start. Communication was great and the puppy was delivered to its new owners safe and happy. I will definitely use this company for future needs.
