Where to begin....our experience with Shane’s was not good at all. Dog was picked up late Friday evening close to midnight and didn’t arrive at his destination until the next Thursday at 3:30 am. Suppose to be in FL On Tues. The dog, a full blooded sheltie, arrived with red swollen gums and with urine that was very strong. I should have took pictures. Shane took the dog from CO to CA and then back across the country to FL. Minimal contact 1 picture, lost toys, bowls, grooming supplies, and leash. Did find some of the items however not until after he cleaned out the vehicle. He did take $50 off the bill to accomodate. Oh and did I mention his bid stated he only traveled with 2 to 3 animals at a time, however there where 12 dogs in cages when arriving in FL. Although he was friendly, our dogs experience was not good. I would not ship our baby boy again, PERIOD.

This team is amazing, I used them because of their review ratings and I’m glad I did. This was the first time I shipped a pup so I had no clue what I was doing, what I needed and how this worked. I was unprepared and on a time crunch And the shipper couldn’t get a carrier for the dog so they went and got one for me. There is more to this but leaving it all in a comment is to much, just believe if your going to ship a dog with them they will go above and beyond to help you get your pup, cat, animals Or whatever your shipping. Awesome people and professional as they come. The one thing I didn’t like was how much this company charges to use their site, Just check their fee amounts before you book your shipment so there are no suprises. I am just saying I was surprised because I didn’t check the fees first. It was still worth the price because I felt I got more for my money with this team and the lengths they went to for me and my pup. Don’t second guess using them, they will get you your animal no matter how many delays or layovers they have to go through with the airline company. I just can’t say enough good things about em.

Excellent communication throughout the trip. Whenever something even seemed a little strange about our little friend, he would call us and report what was happening. I received pictures and updates throughout the trip. My dog was not locked in a crate but instead got to travel in luxury in the cab of a semi-truck. Shawn has a little dog of her own so I knew my dog would get frequent walking and bathroom brakes. Everything went exactly as promised. The only thing I'll say is that my dog did smell like cigarette smoke when I got him back. It's not a big deal and I'm not upset about it, as you can see because I gave her 5 stars. I can't say enough good things about Luis.This was an emergency situation where I had to send a 3 year old American bulldog with a very rambunctious personality to Pennsylvania from Fort Lauderdale to live with his owner, who is disabled and was unable to transport him on his own. It seemed like a huge task when I started to look for someone and I wasn't sure I could make it happen. The first driver I booked, who had several reviews, cancelled 2 hours before he was supposed to arrive due to car troubles. Luis responded immediately and we booked the job. I was a little nervous because I've never had experience transporting an animal before and there were not too many reviews on his page. I hope everyone reading this knows that Luis went above and beyond what was promised and got this boy safely to his family in his new home in record time. It wasn't an easy job as he is a large, strong dog and was very nervous. He actually cared for the dog for 2 nights before the trip as the dog (King) had nowhere to stay. He was gentle and patient and made him feel safe. I expected it to take a couple of days to get there as it's almost 1200 miles but he got King delivered in less than 24 hours. He was in touch with me constantly. It was a lot to ask of anyone, and I am so grateful for all he did. I hope this review counts as ten as I would wholeheartedly recommend Luis to anyone who has to consider pet transport. He's kind, reliable, and goes the extra mile, literally and figuratively.
