Shane was AMAZING! There was slight confusion with pickup, but there was no better choice for driving my Ava out to Missouri. Kevin, Seth and Thomas were all not only professional, timely, courteous, but compassionate, thoughtful, and easy to talk to, like an old friend. They were prompt in arrival, EARLY in arrival and updated me with cute photos daily, helping ease my mind on a very long cross country journey for my son’s cat. By the time the cat arrived in Seattle from Memphis, she wasn’t sure if she wanted to part company with Seth and Thomas! They treated her like the queen she is! 5 stars are not enough! After losing my home in the November 8th Camp fire that decimated the town of Paradise CA my only thought was how to safely get my two dogs to SC where we will be starting our lives over. Nothing could be more imperative than that...they are family. With their emotional and physical health my priorities I did online research, determined to find the best option. Citizensshipper.com was that best option. after reviewing several offers I chose Deborah. I am so grateful that I did! One of my dogs is a 150# Newfoundland...a strong, friendly yet timid young guy. My other dog was more of a concern because she isn’t the most dog friendly girl. All my concerns and fears disappeared the minute I met Deb???? Her experience, confidence and outgoing personality resonated at once and I knew my puppers were in good hands; I literally would not have left CA otherwise. Deb stayed in touch throughout their ‘adventure’ and had a blast, turning what could have been just one more stressor for them (and me) into a doggy va-cay? knowing my immediate plans were less than solid she reassured me that if I wanted to, she would keep them at her home until I was ready for her to bring them to me. When we were reunited here in SC I was thrilled and relieved to find two happy, energetic and healthy pups...obviously willing to jump on back into Deborah’s vehicle and travel on....good times! Anyone looking for your hands-down best option for transporting your four-legged precious cargo do yourself and them a favor, choose Deborah. DeAudrey was absolutely amazing. From the time we booked the trip to the delivery of our new puppy it was a great experience. Lisa was amazing! Our dog Mickey traveled with her from Maine to Ohio. Lisa arrived exactly on the scheduled time. She took the time to learn about Mickey’s character and behavior. During the trip we received pictures of Mickey and update texts, the kids were very happy to see that he is doing well. She made sure to walk him during the trip and to give him food on time. We were very lucky to have her for this. We really recommend scheduling your dog shipments with Lisa, she is so gentle with the dogs and knows a lot about their behaviors. Fatlum is a 150% honest man true to his word! He brought my 2 chihuahuas all the way from Tenaha, TX! Kept me updated on how my kiddos were doing on their way home to Loveland, CO. He even went out his way to purchase my dogs different dog food because they were not eating and a bigger water bow for them and a brand new dog bed for them! He didn’t even charge me for the dog food or the bed!! That’s amazing to know that he is a caring, honest and responsible man! And he even helped me out and gave me an amazing fee! Everytime i texted him asking how my cats were doing he would call me with in minutes (if he wasnt doing a pick up or drop off) he was really nice and was willing to work with me with no issues. I cant even begin to describe how absolutely AMAZING Cathy and her husband is!!! She earned my trust right away!! I needed a transport for our new family member, a 8 week old boxer puppy from WV to NY. She immediately responded and kept communication with me everyday until he got here. She took care of everything!! I was so nervous at first and she immediately took all those nerves away!!! She took care of our baby the whole time and made him so comfortable!!
