This was the best experience I could imagine for our pet mouse. The driver was very attentive, even to a mouse. We were able to track the travel. The driver checked in with us and gave us updates by text. The trip for our pet truly was door to door and meet up times were well communicated and punctual. The driver made sure all was good before he left after delivering Tikus. We would definitely reach out to him again if we had the need.

I need to give praise to the Lord for blessing me with connecting me to Shane this week. This was the first time in my life I have ever put precious cargo into the hands of someone I have never met without a sure guarantee. But as we know in everything in life there are really no guarantees there is just faith in what we put our trust in. Well I have to say at first, I was sketchy and worried. However, that faded after Shane talked me through the process explained in detail how it all worked and how well he was going to communicate with me during it to help me decide he was the guy to go with. He was very caring and compassionate not only about our little (Dog Frankie) but for my situation in general. He wanted us to make sure we were making the right decision to trust him. This was a very busy week, so he personally did not pick up Frankie, however his other transporter Cody came to get him. Shane communicated with me the night before what time Cody would show up and a good estimation when Frankie might be dropped off. Cody was on time and professional and a great guy. He called me a half hour before he came so I could get Frankie ready. From Nashville TN at 10 am then making another stop in Ohio, he delivered Frankie safe and sound by 11:15 Pm in Chicago Il the same day. He actually said it might have not been till the next morning and I was a little weary of that at first, but now after getting to know him and Cody I would have been totally fine with it. Fantastic transporter. Francis the bulldog is a nervous and sensitive girl who can't fly because airlines no longer accept brachycephalic (smush-faced) animals. If she has a bad experience with a sitter it takes her days to get back to normal. Lenny McQueen Metro Runner got her all the way cross country in good spirits. It was a super long trip, almost 3000 miles, but his van has good cooling for animals in the back, he sent frequent pictures of Francis out of her crate going for walks (she is most comfortable in her crate while driving), and he kept us informed via text about pickup and drop off time. Pricing was very fair. I would recommend him, especially for smush-faced dogs or cats that need excellent ventilation and care. He also managed to take a few of my mom's prized plants, which also made it in good health. I really can't say enough good things, but I'll end with saying moving Francis was the least stressful part of our move. Thank you!!!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for pet transport! We live in Florida and purchased our little boy puppy in Ohio, but didn't want to have him shipped down in cargo on an airplane. He's quite small and I'm a bit uncomfortable with not knowing what he would be exposed to. These drivers treated our puppy like he was family, and not just a package, and took very good of him! I have a lot of experience with canine behavior and it was clear that Archie (renamed Chewy) was perfectly happy when he arrived, not nervous or scared as I would have thought after such a long trip, so I know they took very good care of him! He adjusted quickly and is now best friends with our other Cavalier. We couldn't be more pleased!

JC is my hero! JC helped me save the lives of 2 homeless kitties. They were my deceased sister's cats and were homeless. He flew them to me from Norfolk VA to Phoenix Az. It was a very time sensitive situation and without him to help I may have lost the chance to save their lives. They lost their home and had no one to take them. They only had a few days before probably going to a kill shelter if I couldn't get them to me. I had first booked with Flying Pets and they broke their promise to get the kitties to me in this very time sensitive situation and cancelled last min leaving me but worst of all the kitties hanging! And because they broke their word I had to pay for them to be sheltered a few days longer. I have very limited income. Enter my hero JC!!! JC saved the Day!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better driver than John F!! If I could give him more stars I would. He was on time, courteous, and took the time to explain how he would care for Ms Kitty along the way. At first I was going to go with another company that transports several pets at a time, but decided that John’s single ride was better for our kitty. It was also a better price than the bigger companies would have charged for the same service. He transported my son’s cat from Ohio to Missouri without any problems. He took several breaks along the way to let our kitty out of her crate to stretch her legs, get a drink of water, have a snack, and use her litter box in the back of his SUV. What I appreciated the most was the thought he put into ensuring her comfort from beginning to the end of her trip. He made sure her crate was secure, had plenty of extra bedding in case of accidents, and took plenty of pictures/gps location throughout the trip. Thanks John!!!

Emi did a wonderful job hauling my four cats from Denver to Portland. She drove them over four days with the cats on harnesses and leashes in the back of her van, and beds and litterboxes back there, too. She also dragged all of these accessories into hotel rooms each night along the way. I know this because she kept me up to date with picture texts throughout the journey. She even bought them extra items so they would be comfortable (a scratcher and some wet Sheba cat food) without asking for compensation! I had no trouble communicating with her, either. All in all, I evaluated multiple flight and freight options to help my cats make this move, and I feel like I made the right choice. Even my finickier cats did not appear stressed out after day 1 -- she won over the two cats who were nervous the first day, one of them peeing all over my fiancee when he brought him out to the car because he hates travel so much! -- and all four were comfortable, clean and relaxed upon arrival in Portland. I appreciated my cats being well cared for and I appreciate Emi.

Chris got my puppy to me the same day he picked her up. The video inside the van is nice, I got to watch my puppy throughout the ride. The GPS would reset every time he stopped somewhere & he was forwarding the GPS link to the Breeder instead of me. Luckily the breeder was forwarding me the link so I could keep up with the trip.

Liberty Transport was reasonably priced, and prompt with pickup and delivery. My doggie arrived safe and sound and none the worse for a long ride. My only complaint (and it's not really a complaint, just my confusion) is that I origianlly communicated with Erica and was under the assumption that she and her partner would be driving together. Instead, the dog was driven only by the partner. As I said, the dog arrived safely, this is not really a complaint, just a surprise. Neither partner contacted me between booking and pickup, but they always responded quickly when I messaged them. Overall this was a good experience and I found both people to be friendly, professional, and courteous.

OH MY GOSH! Brian and his wife are the MOST incredible people! I could not recommend their serviced more! Our puppy was coming from an Amish family, so had never encountered any type of vehicle and was super frightened of the drive. Brian kept him up near him so that the puppy could feel better. He even cuddled with out puppy at night and gave us a least twice daily reports on where they were and what was going on and how my puppy was reacting to everything. When they got here, he delivered the puppy, notes from the breeder. vaccination etc. We even had purchased a vest via Amazon so that our tiny Morkie would have a safe vest and had it delivered to their home. Brian when the extra mile and placed it on our baby. I'd love to have them for friends!

This was my first time using Citizen Shipper, and it went well, overall. Chad sent text and photo updates along the way and at delivery. My only complaint is that he postponed pick up a couple times on the morning he was supposed to be here. I was flexible on the dates, but once we agreed on a date and time, I expected him to be here. We were transferring a dog between two animal rescues, and there was a veterinary office involved also, so I wasn't the only one affected by these changes. There was a hurricane in the delivery area, but I had multiple offers from people who said the weather wasn't an issue. I chose Chad because he was the lowest bidder.

Mary was amazing! She helped me get two chinchillas transported. One to New York and one to Colorado! After having a comfirming multiple times that puppy would be picked up on date booked, I was informed that delivery would be 3 days behind schedule. It would have saved me and my client a lot of stress to have been informed as soon as possible to make other accomodations. Driver did not contact me regarding delay. I waited all day for driver to show up after being told day before that delivery was on schedule. Very disappointing!

Kevin, Seth and Thomas have been amazing. Seth and Thomas drove my dogs from College Station, TX to Seattle, WA. They were always sending me pictures of both my dogs. They took them to so many awesome places on the way. They treat the dogs like their own. They sent me pictures of my dogs napping with them in their beds. Plus they add you to Life360 app where you can track the location of your dogs real-time. The experience was really great. I would recommend them to everyone. I am so glad I chose Kevin and his team for this task.
