Steve is the absolute best at what he does. No joke — you will not find anyone better. He transported my pitbull across the entire country over 4 days and took amazing care of her the whole time. At one point she didn’t even want to get out of the car because it was cold, and Steve literally went and bought her a steak. That alone says everything about the kind of person he is. He stays in touch the whole trip, sends videos of your dog on walks, and shares GPS tracking so you always know where they are and how they’re doing. Honestly, this service was worth way more than what I paid. 5/5, without question.

Dave did an amazing job transporting our new puppy. There were some issues with travel due to traffic and he handled it like a pro! He took EXCELLENT care of our new addition. He gave updates and sent pictures along the way. I highly recommend Dave for your puppy transportation needs!

Communication was good. They did have some hiccups with their vehicle, but that was out of their control and they were able to keep me updated throughout the process, so i still chose to give 5 stars even though the drop off was 12 hours past the scheduled arrival. They are very sweet people and i can tell that they do really care about their job. I got plenty of pics and videos of my pup while she was on the way to me.

In mid January 2026 I booked LFA Transport for my shetland sheepdog from Villages FL to Warwick RI on March 28. On March 28 the day of pickup, she cancelled on me. I had in mid January paid her $388.50, half the agreed to fee of $777. In addition to cancelling on me, for the past 3 months on numerous occasions I texted her and she never replied. To get a timely reply I needed to ask Citizen Shipper support to urge her to reply to my text questions. I have put one star only to get this review published otherwise it would have been no stars. I am now in the process of getting my $388.50 back very helpfully supported and assisted by Citizen Shipper's excellent support team. I don't wish to have my deposit stolen as it was with cancellation on the pickup day. That cancellation forced me to a chaotic literally last minute crisis of trying to get a rental car to drive myself and 4 months of luggage at 83 years old, 1200 miles as well as getting my dog transported. It has been a nightmare. She should not be hired and I will seek straightforward measures including legal to retrieve my stolen deposit.
