Tricia recently helped transport our corgi puppy from Southern California to Manhattan, NY — and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Tricia handled every step of the journey with care and professionalism. Throughout the entire trip, Tricia made sure our pup was safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Her communication was excellent and it gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing our puppy was in such good hands. We’re incredibly grateful to Tricia and will absolutely use her services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Tamara was so amazing transporting my dogs from Atlanta to Louisville. Because we were coming off two international flights from southeast Asia, she recommended the pups take it in two days. After chatting with Tamara in several messages and checking out her website and reviews, I felt we were safe to take Tamara’s advice. I was nervous to ship my pets as I had never traveled with either of my rescue babies; I wasn’t sure how they would do. I have a 4.1 kg mix and a 12.7 kg mix. The little one doesn’t know a stranger, but my older dog had been abused and mistreated before, and while he’s a very good boy, he can be skittish and doesn’t tolerate being picked up. As I’ve said, Tamara was fantastic. Her communication was prompt and clear prior to booking. Once she placed a bid and I accepted, she continued the clear communication. She picked up the babies at the international inspection kennel and I got to meet her. She was warm, informative and reassuring and kept on touch with me via WhatsApp. She sent pics from the rest stops and when they were settled for the night. I took a flight to Louisville and they arrived in the morning happy and healthy and clearly taken with Tamara. I would use Platinum Pets again. They are a small business and the drivers are military veterans. Tamara is truly a dog whisperer and 150% dependable. So grateful we found her on Citizen Shipper!

Although we ultimately went through another company the customer service provided by John was absolutely phenomenal. He was was extremely helpful and worked quickly to secure a driver. If we hadn't already made a deposit with the other carrier, I would have cancelled our other reservation and gone with Loadmaster's Group inc. I highly recommend them based solely on the excellent customer service provided

We had a wonderful experience with Brooke at Passenger Paws!! She was quick to respond and competitive on price! She gave routine updates throughout the trip and treated our puppy extremely well!! You can tell she truly cares for animals! We are extremely grateful for how easy she made the transporting process for us!! Definitely recommend!!

Nichole was amazing! I was very anxious about transporting my two large Rhodesian Ridgebacks (93 Ibs and 112 Ibs) from California to South Carolina. My male is very sensitive and reactive to other dogs, and my female is very much a princess. Nichole gave me a very reasonable rate, was super communicative, and got my dogs transported safely within just a few days! The pups felt safe with her immediately upon meeting her. She sent frequent photo and location updates during their potty breaks, and I could tell they were comfortable and well cared for. They arrived on schedule and settled right in to their new home. I could not be more grateful for Nichole's excellent care, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Honestly, transporting my dogs with Nichole was the least stressful part of my cross country move!
