Hi there! I am an owner and operator of a nonprofit animal rescue in southwest New Mexico. My experience with animals as well as directly transporting animals of all kinds, shapes, sizes, temperaments, conditions, and situations is more than a bit extensive. I’m able to manage any situation that may arise without much difficulty. I am a transportation and communications expert with over 20 years experience over the road making deliveries of all kinds. At my rescue I have (or had) dogs, cats, goats, sheep, pigs, horses, donkeys, ducks, geese, chickens, peafowl, quail, bulls, cows, and more! I am comfortable taking on anything that needs to get from one place to another, be it a family's new puppy or a sea lion headed to a conservation zone. I am comfortable administering medication, treatments, etc as needed and follow directions to the letter. All of my experience aside with the day-to-day of the rescue I also have [2] vets on call 24/7 for any emergencies to consult with as well as assist us in locating an emergency vet if necessary. These vets specialize in wildlife as well as all domestic cats, dogs, small animals, large animals, livestock, ruminants, mammals, avian species, reptiles, and amphibians. I don't leave things to chance. I don't take risks. Not with their wellbeing or mine. I transport quickly, with compassion and the utmost care, without cutting any corners. ALL animals are transported within the truck cab, never in the bed. If they won't fit in our extended cab, which I've transported everything from holstein calves to adult Yorkshire pigs and more, we are open to discussing transporting with an appropriate and SAFE trailer or vehicle. Your animals' safety, security, health, wellbeing, happiness, comfort, and entire experience during their journey is our top priority. My only other priority will be to bring them to their destination efficiently and on-schedule. If rest is needed during a particularly long journey, which I do prefer to drive without stopping for long, we will only ever rest with the animal always within sight and within a temperature controlled environment with me. At no time will they ever be left alone for longer than is absolutely necessary such as during refueling. They will never be exposed to high heat or cold, exposed to dangers and other animals, or left crated for long periods of time while driving. Walks and bathroom breaks will be factored into the schedule. If they have any unavoidable accidents enroute they and their environment will be immediately cleaned up. I clean as needed during the journey, between trips we always thoroughly clean, detail, and disinfect every surface within the cab. You set the preference for communication including how often you would like to receive texts, calls, pictures, video, and general updates and confirmations. I will always have GPS realtime tracking available so that you may track our movements and ETAs at all times. With each pet I am ok to take reasonable amount of food and pet belongings. 100% of the earnings goes towards supporting my animal rescue. I ask payment of 50% of the bid at the time of accepting the bid (after signing the contract) and remaining balance is due before pick up. I take PayPal, Venmo, credit/debit cards, cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, USPS money orders. NO checks or Zelle. FLIGHT NANNY and trips to/from ALASKA: If any part of the trip involves flight or trip is to/from Alaska then full bid amount is due at the time of acceptance of the bid. CANCELLATIONS: If canceled after the deposit is paid - no refunds - unless it’s our fault. If we come and boat/trailer is different from description (let’s say double the weight or goose neck/5th wheel instead of bumper pull) AND/OR trailer is loaded with cargo - we don’t take and no refunds. I can fit 8 large crates in the van but I only travel with up to 5 pets per my insurance policy. If you have more than 5 pets a 2nd pet handler must come and the other pets will appear on the invoice under my other pet transportation company. For dogs traveling solo without cat family members, gets a bonus is national or state parks are on the route, I do dog hikes :) Pet Care insurance only allows up to five pets per vehicle during a route segment. If you are a single pet household with more than five pets additional pet handler, Plus umbrella insurance will be required or option 2, my other driver will be hired for using the 2nd vehicle (doubling the price). If sending five large dogs, please provide necessary certified travel crates. My van can hold up to 7,000 lb of equipment and I can rent out a trailer for any huge pet supplies that are being relocated from your old home to your new home. My van is partially set up as a RV. If large dogs more than two, pet friendly hotels most likely will not accept us and that's when we use RV resorts or campgrounds. My van has lithium batteries for overnight stops if shore power is not available. My safety, drivers around me and your pet safety is priority. I do not do straight through driving unless it's under four hundred miles. A typical driving day is between 6 and 10 hours with necessary half an hour and 1 hour breaks. Weather, municipality congestion and construction zones pending of course. My company uses QuickBooks for creating invoices. Any credit card payments going through QuickBooks I do not charge a transaction fee, your payment goes directly to the routes travel card. It actually saves me money, less bookkeeping/accounting fees. If you use PayPal, venmo, Cash app or Zelle a 3% fee will be added. This website charges a platform fee which US pet delivery companies do not get. My quote does not include this platforms fee. Please do not try to sneak contact information in any type of messaging because it violates their platforms terms of use. As mentioned before, only a small amount of my business comes from this website however it does fund some in between jobs between the last dropoff and the next VIP pickup. I do not carry freight or personal household goods other than pet supplies that are shipped with your pets. Due to this I cannot charge IRS standard miles based on moving company deduction. I have to charge at the minimum, regular business expense usage. We are a Southern California based Co, that provides safe, clean, and fun trips cross country bi-weekly. We are USDA classT Registered as required by law to transport your furry family members. That means, enclosed hardshell carriers,no wire crates, no soft sided carriers. All pets must be crated, no animals loose or tethered in vehicle. To ensure the safety of all on board, all passengers must be current with age appropriate vaccinations, and CVI Health certs for their journey(where applicable). All clients must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. Any clients 8 weeks -16 weeks are no paws on the ground! We will provide updates with location sharing, photos and videos throughout the duration of the journey. We make frequent stops every 3-4 hours or as needed for potty breaks, snacks, walks, and meals. In the event of severe weather or dangerous conditions we will halt travel until it is safe to proceed. Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile, and considering me to transport your precious cargo! I'm an 58 year old Mom, currently living in Northern Virginia with my awesome partner Tim. I've been transporting dogs and cats on Citizen Shipper now for several months, and I also have some experience transporting rescue animals for 2 local rescue groups, as a volunteer. I love animals and donate my time whenever possible to saving them from high kill shelters to other towns where they have a better chance to be adopted or have foster homes waiting for them. My career for the past 20 plus years had been in smaller, local nonprofits, mostly running the resale shops. Running the business side of it (it may be a nonprofit, but the shops need to make money to support the organization!), managing the staff and volunteers. Some volunteers were there because they just enjoyed it and wanted to support the organization, some were students needing hours for school/church/etc., but most were community service volunteers who were court ordered to do volunteer hours for some infraction, like a speeding ticket. I affectionately call them my "naughty kids". I now spend my time taking as many road trips as I can, mostly to hike and visit National Parks, and spending time in my workshop, refinishing and upcycling furniture. I'm passionate about saving good but ugly furniture from the landfill and making it attractive and useful again. I enjoy travel, seeing everything there is to see, cooking with my son and his girlfriend back home in the Chicago area, spending lots of time with my partner, Tim and his adult son Connor, who has Down Syndrome. Connor is a movie buff and knows the words to every Christmas song I can find to play for him. Tim is training to be a dog trainer and works at a local K9 training and boarding center. He was in the Army as a K9 handler back in the day, has a prosthetic leg, can still hike, swim and mostly keep up with me, and he may occasionally be able to join me to transport items for Citizen Shipper. I'm a foodie, love the beach and the mountains, but mostly the beach, a good cook, care deeply for my fellow human beings and for animals of all types. Every living creature has a purpose and a place in this world/food chain, even if they are ugly and creepy - LOL! As far as transporting your beloved animal, I would love to be considered. I will not guarantee to be the lowest bidder, but I do guarantee to care for and protect them like they are my own. Oh, and my family back in Chicago has 5 cats now! All are rescues, and I adopted 4 of them with my former husband and our son - Caesar, Brutus (of course!), Claudius and Augustus. Hello my name is June, Co-owner of Magical Creatures Transport. Magical Creatures is family run by myself and my sister Deanna. I also sub contract under Emergency Response Logistics, as needed. I ride with my ESA Tippy. Tippy is a 1 year old yellow lab mix rescue, he has become my ESA, best friend and amazing guard dog. He is great with other animals, so no reason to worry. Also, he can't mingle with the pets I travel with, for everyone's health and safety.. I am a mommy to 2 rescue chihuahua/jack Russells, Babygirl 7 and Buddy 2, who dont like to travel too much, so they stay home. I also have a 9 year old mini Cayman named Jaws, whom I have had since he was just a baby. I am the mother of 4 wonderful adult children and Mimi to 2 beautiful granddaughters!! I am a Fire Police Officer, 1st responder in the state of Pennsylvania and I am USDA, first aid, CPR, and AED certified so you can say safety is always my 1st concern. Additionally, I have 15 years in the medical field as a pediatric medical assistant, phlebotomist and home care giver to those with special needs. I have driven for Uber and Lyft for the past 4 years, as well as being responsible for getting my special needs friends, to and from day trips, vacations, and daily routines. I love to travel and love animals. While your animals are traveling with me, I provide gps tracking, updates and photos daily and video calls when possible. On longer trips, I feel that it is important for everyone to get out and stretch our legs some, so we frequent KOA Campgrounds, for K,-9 parks and yard space, or pet friendly hotels/motels, etc. I am strict with "No paws touch the ground." I provide a brand new playpen, to allow your new baby, a safe germ free environment, to play and exercise as well. While transporting Kitties, I use a larger kennel, to allow them to have continued access to litter, food and water. We offer 2 payment options 1- payment in full at time of booking/contract 2- 50% at booking/contract and 50% on delivery. We accept payment in form of Cash App or Venmo. Please be advised, Citizenshipers has a fee that is separate from ours. **NOTICE** In accordance of USDA regulations, all passengers MUST be up to date on all vaccines AND a Certified Health Inspection signed by a certified vet within 30 days of your pets transport. My spouse and I have been small hobby breeders for the last eight years and on multiple occasions over the years we have offered transportation options. Fast forward to 2024. Business has been going well for us and we've decided to add a vehicle specifically for transporting to our business. We of all people can understand the needs required in trusting someone with the care and wellness of your animals. Our goal is to put your worries to rest knowing your animals are in the best of care during their expedition. My spouse is a licensed veterinarian technician and has experience working with multiple breeds and species of animals along with my 16+ years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics, we also have an option for really any other transportation needs. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TALK TO US BEFORE BOOKING!! We stop every 2-4 hours or as needed for bathroom breaks and exercise. We typically have all passengers ride in kennels for added safety (we provide all kennels for your use during transit) & provide updates to provide some reassurance and comfort during the route (such as pictures or videos and location updates.) We allow one small carry-on of personal items (such as a puppy kit from your breeder, food, documents, a blanket, small toys, etc.). This timeframe also depends on distance. It isn't very easy for us to determine a certain time but will keep strong communication with you along the route with our ETA and any unforeseen circumstances. Insurance We offer our own private insurance for our transports. $15k per occurance and $30k for aggregate. A better break down of this is our insurnace provides coverage for veterinary costs, theft, escape, injury, or death of animals due to covered perils such as fire, accidents, natural disasters, or anything that falls on us and any possible unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the trip! ***PUPPIES 🐶—With puppies not being fully vaccinated we also implement a "no paws on the ground" policy to prevent any sort of disease! *** • If you're ready to move forward we can submit our bid so you can pay for the website fee (on every booking made through this site there's a fee that must be paid for ). After the website fee is paid, we can share with you our deposit link. After the deposit is paid our driver will contact you for the confirmation of booking and take the information of pickup/dropoff. • Our drivers will reach out one day before pickup and they will keep you posted as they're getting closer to the pickup/ drop-off area. For shipments canceled within 72 hours of pickup, there is a small cancellation fee owed to the driver - by this time the driver might be on the road, having already invested time and resources. The fees are as follows: Canceled 48-72 hours before pickup: $50 cancellation fee owed to the driver Canceled 24-48 hours before pickup: $100 cancellation fee owed to the driver Canceled 0-24 hours before pickup: $100 -OR- 50% of the originally agreed fee owed to the driver, whichever is the greater of the two. Cancellation fees can typically be paid via PayPal, credit card, or other methods, as previously agreed with the driver. We require half our bid as a deposit due the day before transport.
