This was our first experience with transporting our dog so we don't have anything to compare it to. But I don't see how it could have gone any better! USA Transport not only got our fur baby to us safe and happy but made us feel safe and happy. They were punctual and very communicative. Dara and Grace are wonderful. They transported my Boxer and 2 cats from Virginia to Texas. I could not be more pleased at their care of our fur babies. They kept me informed of their status, sent photos and videos. I was a mess at the thought of sending my babies with strangers. Dara and Grace made me feel comfortable with my decision. If I could give more than a 5 rating, I would. Stellar service!!!!

USA Animal Transport is a 10 out of 10. Dara and Grace are the most professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to the care of your dogs. Communication was outstanding! We were in the middle of our move cross country and we wanted to go with them as it looked to be an amazing time. Photos, videos, and updates were given morning and night and in between.
