Canceled at 3am, just a few hours before 7am pickup. Our entire family move has been upended. I had a slight suspicion when she asked me yesterday to confirm my time of arrival. That was a clue that something wasn't right. We had confirmed at least twice in the past few days and she also received her $125 deposit via Zelle. She's claiming a family emergency but the timing is extremely suspect as she double booked initially with us. I would not recommend for the simple fact we are left with a 600 mile move and no Plan B in place. Hopefully I'll get all my money refunded from her and Citizenshipper.

My puppies arrived quickly, safe, and happy. I was skeptical of doing this to begin with as I’ve never done this before. I endlessly checked reviews and communicated with every company that sent over a bid. There were some people with over 200 reviews and while Fuzz Buzz didn’t have quite that many, don’t let that steer you from choosing them l like it almost did me. In the end, the right company was chosen and I have no complaints! The husband and wife team were professional, kind, and truly cared about making the process smooth. My first experience with this company and it exceeds most experiences I've had and over 15 years and we travel for the military every few years so above and beyond I'm so appreciative..
