We were very pleased with the service that Wendy provided. She’s a dedicated dog person! Levi was well cared for and the trip went smoothly. It was helpful for us to communicate directly with her as she was able to provide updates as the trip progressed from Philadelphia to Kansas City. We would use this company again if we need dog transport.

This was the first time we ever used an animal transport. My experience with Wendy was very positive. We had many offers, but were drawn to her by her initial invitation. Wendy laid out the contract in easy terms. Once the pick up began we had great communication. The people on the other end of the transport texted us to say how kind Wendy was with the animal and how she had made their part of the release go smoothly. When our pet arrived, he was in great shape and we found Wendy to be very friendly and most interested in the welfare of our pet. I would definitely use Wendy again if the situation presents itself.

Wendy was wonderful!! We did not expect to need our dog driven from NYC to LA. Wendy was able to pick up our dog on the day we needed it and then drop him off in LA in only a couple of days. She uses an app where you can track the journey the entire time, which made coordinating to be home for delivery very easy. Best of all, she bonded with our new dog who had been through a lot. He jumped into her arms to say goodbye at the end of their trip. I would highly recommend Wendy and her team. They are very professional and everything was easy on my end. Thank you! New puppy arrived safe and sound. A few car troubles along the way, but was notified throughout the trip of all updates.

After careful review of 32 different companies and bids, our Puppy Family chose to use Wendys Dawg Gone Pet Transport; and dog on it, they are the PINNACLE of efficient, competent, and competitively Priced Transport. I Watched Wendy and her team on the GPS throughout the entire journey. They maintained safe speeds, and drivers alternated hitting peak efficiency. They drove a 20 hour drive, in 22 hours. Not including the drive to initial pick up. They adopt a no paws on ground policy for baby animals. Communication was always reliable and direct.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our transportation due to the dogs’ flight being canceled, but Wendy was incredibly professional and ready to help!
