Good Communication, smooth transport

Kai and their partner were amazing transporting my dog, Pearl, across multiple states. They were flexible with my move-in timing, arranged boarding afterward, and kept me updated with photos and videos the whole way. Pearl even got to play with other dogs, which made her trip even better! I felt completely at ease knowing she was safe, happy, and cared for. Highly recommend!

I had my boy Dobby transported from NH to SC he was here within 52 hours. Dobby is a very scared boy and did bite him but by the time he arrived it seemed like they were best friends. I was very nervous to transport him but Robert made it very easy and put my mind at ease sent me pictures and kept me posted on delays. I would recommend Robert to anyone who has to transport their dog and wants it to be a easy/calm trip for your pup

Brianna and her team were great moving our dog. We were definitely nervous but they were very communicative and sent pictures throughout the journey. They did the trip very quickly!

In an emergency situation whereby an ex-wife fell, had to rehabilitate over the foreseeable future, and could no longer handle her service dog, one can become desperate. This was our situation. Somehow, we were able to find a very friendly pet motel. This bought us enough time to find Bubbies Transport through Citizen Shipper. This service dog is a very special dog trained to detect diabetic anomalies. We couldn’t trust just anyone, but Citizen Shipper had reviews and statistics of their partners, and this is how we found Bubbies. We needed them to meet a family friend at her house to pick up all of his supplies, then drive across town to pick up our Buddy at the pet motel for transport to my brothers home. We could not have found a more professional group. We had to supply multiple addresses and coordinate multiple timetables, and Bubbies pulled it off without a hitch. What was most amazing was that we were in constant contact via GPS. What could have been a very agonizing moment ended up being fun, as my ex was also following from the hospital. Thank you Bubbies, I highly recommend you for the most valuable of cargo.

They were awesome and friendly. My pet was delivered with all his belongings and they always stayed in communication with me and they got to me super fast and on time . At first i was alittle worried because i didnt know what to expect but it turned out better then i was hoping.. thank you guys for getting my little guy to me with out any problems.

Yolanda was incredible. The level of care and communication is worth more than the limit of 5 stars. She transported our two cats from Maryland all the way to Arkansas to my father-in-law in record time. I would trust her with every pet for travel. I knew from the moment I met her at pickup that my cats were in good hands. If you're not transporting with Yolanda, you're missing out.

Horrible communication! They would never respond and just assumed that changing our agreed upon schedule would be ok. When told no, he just stopped responding. Then we saw he cancelled our reservation without even telling us. How do you trust a person with your pet when he can’t keep his word or even communicate effectively with you. Do not use him .
