Dishonest! Before I review I have screenshots as proof of everything I say. I am friends with the home our puppies went to so I've been in constant contact with them as well I was told pick up Fri Jan 31. It changed multiple times. First it was weather (ok, we can't control that). Then their RV broke down (again cannot control that). Then they got stuck in AZ with I10 closed. I googled and verified it was a scheduled closure- any gps would have diverted. It was closed fri-mon and this was a Saturday. Our small puppies were picked up 6am Sunday. I verified they'd arrive in MD in 48 hrs. I text later in day to confirm they would arrive Tues (48 hrs). The new home advised me they were being told wed. Again they confirmed 48hrs. Then the new home was told wed/Thur so I text David. His response was "we lost 1.5 days when arav broke down" I said that was before you got to me and before I accepted bid and TWICE since pickup- 48 hrs was verified. Updates and photos were not regularly sent to myself or the new home. GPS tracking was not offered as advertised. I'm 100% convinced these small puppies are spending days in a crate as they add pickups. I'm irate as is the new home. I'd would have never chosen this transport but trusted that as a prev military member they were upstanding and honest. Instead my puppies have spent days in a small crate.

Great service

Faced with a need to ship a small dog today from Novato to Davis, I googled pet transport & discovered citizenshipper. Received lots of bids, some as high as $500. I chose the Careful Mover. His price was right & his location along the route. Howard was responsive & professional. The dog belongs to my sister & is a feisty Bichon Frise. She took to Howard & vice versa immediately. He kept me updated on his arrival time & the delivery time. My sister was a little nervous & wanted to be sure he was reliable. Checked the information on him as well as reviews and told her absolutely . He was not deterred by today’s extreme weather and Coco was delivered safely to her mom. I’d highly recommend Howard & may use him again if need arises.

Excellent job we had no issues what so ever and it came in 2 days happy and healthy would recommend for people they treat your dogs well and also feed them well.

Great service and communication for a multi pet long distance move

Was skeptical about using citizenshipper but Mike kept us informed on where he was at and sent us pictures through out the day. Excellent communication and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks again and safe travels Mike!

I can not say enough about the experience. I was concerned due to the limited reviews but I was in a bind. Another transport company on here canceled at the last minute. He was very thoughtful and sent me texts and pictures on their route. My large Sheepdoodle was calm and happy when she arrived. I will use this company for all my future moves. So grateful.

Most respectful, best communication, time management was all above 5 star. They brought my little puppy dog home safe and sound. To be honest my puppy was kinda getting attached to Micheal . Made me feel at ease knowing how much my dog enjoyed his trip with him . I will use their services again and highly recommend to all.
