Very good communication and helpful! Our trip was canceled at no fault of hers she was very understanding and returned a deposit I had already paid. I would highly recommend working with her and will be again in the future if need.

J&J helped me out last minute when a previous company cancelled last minute. She was SO quick to get everything organized and pick up my bunny on time. She made sure our baby was well taken care of from start to finish!
