I had such a great experience with Sean and Jennifer. They were so sweet and very accommodating. Jennifer bought a crate for my pup last minute because i was unable to purchase one and drove to the breeders house to pick up my Joby! I would highly recommend them. My daughter and I recently moved from Delaware to Arizona, driving cross-country with two dogs and two people in our Subaru, we had no room to take our cat in the same car without making her absolutely miserable! I hired J & J to transport Tink, and she could not have been in better hands. Sean flew into Philadelphia, rented a car to drive out to pick her up at the boarding facility where we left her, stayed overnight with her in a hotel, and then flew her to us in Phoenix. On the way from Philly to Phoenix, their connecting flight was cancelled, forcing an overnight stay in Dallas, but Sean kept us fully informed every step of the way. He was always very pleasant to deal with, good natured (even funny) despite the delay, and sent us many pictures of Tink "owning the place" in the hotels, going through TSA, and even just after boarding the plane! I felt totally at ease about her safety and well being the entire time. I strongly recommend J & J pet transport services (Sean and his wife) and would use them again in a heartbeat!
