J&J flight nanny transport & door to door

Simply putting a great job doesn't do this family justice. The amount of communication, dedication, and the above and beyond this family went was superior and not to mention how nice they were through the whole process. If you would trust anyone with transporting your pet from one place to another this is the family you trust. They delivered our cat to our front door from California to Louisiana. Kept us up to date constantly and kept the pictures coming. There were no hidden fees. They were transparent on all fronts. 10 out of 10.

Great service here. They handled all logistics and brought my puupy right to my door. Anytime I need a transport I'll be calling them. Sent location and pictures along the way. Very affordable but very professional.

J&J were fantastic, they coordinated very well with pickup and drop off and everything was seamless and so easy. I had never had a puppy transported before and they made it extremely straightforward. Having our puppy flown to us created a much better experience for our pup than driving him cross country.

These are lovely people who took extra time to spend another night and personally escorted my baby birdie to her new home. I don’t know the new home, but I know J&J, and I would have entrusted her to them for as long as needed. They are not a fake, their pricing was better than most and honestly I think from the pictures that they enjoyed and even loved her for the 3 days they had her. Don’t have your animal driven. Use a flight nanny service. There aren’t many so you may have to poke around but J&J is who I would recommend. I had to re home her for her own happiness even though it broke my own. They are the best guys. I know the system doesn’t allow you to contact a reviewer directly, but to Citizens Shipper please allow people to contact me about this. Better to hear it directly. Our kitten delivery had to be canceled due to illness, but I appreciate that J&J promptly refunded the fee.

Terrific service. Listened to our special requests and followed our instructions perfectly, and were very respectful and courteous. Really good people that care about the four dogs we had them transport from Albuquerque, NM to Fredericksburg, OH. Very pleased with their service. Worth every penny.
