J&J made the process of relocating my elderly mother-in-laws dog seamless. They communicated well all along the transport, providing photos, tracking and clear messaging. It allowed everyone involved comfort in knowing this was being done professionally.

Honestly this was a great experience! I recently moved to alaska with the army and was struggling finding an affordable way to get my fur baby up here. Luckly I came across this website and J&J flight nanny who flew out to get my pet in arizona and met me in alaska! They were quick in getting my cat out there within two days and sent me updates at the airport every step of the way. I highly recommend them!

J&J flight nanny was great. This was our first time using something like this and they were patient with all our questions. They guided us through the process, let us know what documents we needed and communicated with texts and phone calls. During the transport, they sent pictures and gave us updates on how our dog was doing. We worked directly with Sean and he was friendly and took care of our pup!

My puppy arrived safe and sound. They communicated frequently during the flight. I have never used a service like this. It saved me the hassle of flying there and returning. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Fabulous communication and was very pleased with the quick adapting for travel plan changes given the giant winter storm conditions! Was smooth and seamless and could assure that it would be on par/schedule given zero weather/flight issues. Loved the pictures throughout and care provided to our new puppy! Recommend!
