J&J flight nanny transport & door to door

I’m traveling from North Carolina to Seattle Washington and I was so so SOOO worried about how to travel with my Rats(Bill and Ted) and mouse(Gizmo). I have never traveled with pets before, let alone small “exotic” animals like them, I was so scared about the possibility of not being able to take them with me. However, J&J were able to dispel any fears I had about not being able to keep them with me! They were incredibly at communicating with me and helping me prepare for traveling pets for the first time. One of my biggest concerns as a rodent owner especially was finding a shipper who wouldn’t be disgusted by or mistreat my animals 😓 but the moment we started talking and especially after handing the carriers over, all of my worry washed away! J&J where so sweet, gentle, and attentive of my boys, and the way they gushed about them made me feel like I was handing my pets off to a couple who loved them just as much as I did. I was updated regularly with pictures and messages throughout the entire process, and when it came to payment it was a quick and painless Zelle! If I ever needed to move again for whatever reason and needed another pet shipper, it would be J&J in a heartbeat! 😁

Despite challenging weather and holiday traffic for flights, J&J did a great job and really followed through. Thank you for being so reliable and following through!

I couldn’t ask for a better experience. My pet Willie the cat arrived in excellent condition and was kept informed with pictures and information throughout his travels. He was so well taken care of that when he arrived he was so very content. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Definitely, recommend on any transport of your beloved pets.

Flight nanny was the best option for transporting 2 cats. Olay sent photos and kept in contact throughout the trip. He then drove the cats to their new home. Cats were comfortable and calm throughout. Thank you for your great service!

Jenny did a fantastic job bring our new cat across country from the breeder. The cat ended up being sick and she went out of her way to make sure the kitty was eating. Fantastic job! I highly recommend!
