She took care of everything...transported my new furry friend straight to my door step. Appreciated her. Definitely recommend Patty if you want an amazing, trustworthy experience.

I ended up finding a new home for my cat and not needing the service, however throughout the process Hayley was quick to answer my questions, clear in her communication, and flexible to work with me on my specific situation. Though I can't rate her for the transportation itself, 5 stars for everything else.

It was so easy. Antonio was EXCELLENT! We did a three way with the breeder and knew what was going on every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him. He is with Paws and Pals Pet Transportation. He is Professional and truly takes an interest in the pets.

Our dogs were ultimately delivered to their final destinations so we are pleased with that. The level of communication is also A+ it's real nice to be able to track their progress. Just a few things bothered us, and we just want to be honest so others can be aware. We sent 2 dogs to Portland, and one to WA State; when they got to Northern California they had van trouble and decided to return. I do believe their van was well-maintained. Nothing they can do about a sudden malfunction, really. It had to be a stressful situation but in coming back they did not feed our dogs on the schedule we requested. They arrived very late in the night and the dogs did not get their dinner. To their credit, the van was fixed quickly and they were back on schedule for Wednesday in order to get our dogs up north. Be aware, however, they are picking up dogs along the way which prolongs the length of time your dog is in the crate in the van. One thing that bothered me is that Shake a Leg didn't even offer a discount of any type considering that our poor dogs were stuck in crates all the way to Northern California and back and then they had to do it all over again. Again, not much they could do about car trouble but I think a small discount would have gone a long way towards better feelings, especially considering we are a nonprofit rescue just trying to get dogs into better situations and we paid top price to begin with. Also, the second the last dog was delivered, they were already asking for the payment balance. A few times. We agreed to pay upon delivery of course but the haste in asking for that payment sent a clear signal it was all about the $$$$$. We paid the deposit on schedule and were obviously good for it, just a bad look and feel for me personally. Of course, it's a business and the fees are important but the way they came off left a bad taste in my mouth. So, the job was done but there are definitely things I would consider before hiring them.

D&D were amazing. I needed my car shipped from CA to AZ. The price was very reasonable. I also had some date changes and they were very accommodating. They also made pickup and drop-off seamless. I highly recommend them!

Antonio was great and had superior customer service. He kept us informed of delays and was always gracious with us and our boy. I highly recommend Antonio for any transport needs. Thank you so very much, Antonio and our family wishes you all the best!

This was a good experience for my cat even though he don’t like car rides I seen he was comfortable and well taking care of. I really appreciate it thank you.

Kristen & Joe, were great! They got our little puppy safely from Chicago to Austin. Joe, even decided last minute to arrive in Chicago the evening before to make sure he had enough time the following day! They are great at communicating and keeping in contact. This is our first time getting a flight nanny service and it was a perfect experience. I would not hesitate to use them for your pet!

I had the absolute best experience hiring Papi's to bring my pup from North Carolina to Pennsylvania. Admittedly, I was extremely nervous and distrusting of hiring someone over the Internet, let alone to be in care of a beloved furry family member. I received a lot of estimates and was overwhelmed with how to determine those who were legitimate businesses and above all, a business I could trust. I won the lottery the day I booked with Papi's and would not hesitate to use them again or to HIGHLY recommend their services! The transportation services were handled EXTREMELY professional from start to finish. They communicated with me EVERY step of the way and went above and well beyond my expectations of caring for my Charlie. Jen was helpful, courteous and responsive during the journey and Melissa was an absolute joyful angel on wheels transporting such precious cargo. Her genuine enthusiasm for the job she does and love and care for animals is undeniably evident from the very first leg of the journey when she shares a video of the pickup and talks about her passenger, their journey and when she will post again. Behind the scenes, I received text updates, photos, videos and even an ETA tracker. I was just BLOWN away. If you want a "white glove" service with an added bonus of joyful communications, peace of mind at all times during the experience, not to mention the affordable and extremely fair pricing, do NOT even hesitate to schedule your transportation needs today! I enjoyed the experience so much and felt a kinship that I'm now following to watch all of their future journeys! It's a feel good during the day when so many negative things are happening around the world. Just tuning in and hearing her joy, seeing her smile and sweet stories about even sweeter passengers. You could almost charge just to have this in your feed for a mental health break! :)

Great service, super helpful

Kay was amazing! She took so great care of my bulldog, made sure she was super comfortable and even bought her a toy and a blanket. She checked in with me repeatedly, sent photos and made sure I knew how my dog was doing the whole time. She is great, I would recommend her without hesitation!
