The owner is very fair and very nice by returning my money. The transport never happened and I was left with 18 cats without a transport moving to our new home. The owner did all she could but her employees failed her and me. I was left sitting on my porch with 18 cats crated and ready to go. I was on my own. Like I stated she was great but could do no more.

Awesome transport! Was able to pick up a euthanasia listed baby last second! Send pics, videos anx updates throughout! Thank you very much Matthew!

I am very grateful that I chose SitStayGo to transport our dog from San Diego to the Houston area. Abdul, the driver, was very responsive to our questions, and so patient and kind to our very anxious dog. He put both the dog and us at ease. He also contacted us along the way to let us know his progress and sent us a photo once he arrived. I give him my highest recommendation.

Great experience! They were professional, kind, and communicative throughout the entire trip. My dog was well cared for and arrived safely and happy after a long drive. They also helped transport her kennel, which made things so much easier for us. I really appreciated their reliability and how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend!

Ive never had to transport a pet so I was very nervous and apprehensive. I couldn't of asked for a better driver. Once he picked up my puppies he kept in communication with me, sent pictures and gave updates. He offered real time tracking which put me at ease and made his ETA very accurate and easy to plan for throughout the day. My puppies arrived safe, clean, and happy. I would without a doubt hire him again. 10/10

What can I say. Read all the reviews and they are correct. Donna is the best. She is exactly what you would hope for when you are thinking of using private citizens to move your pets. I will be using her services again soon.

Lesley was so amazing with delivery my malti poo. She kept us updated with everything that was going on, she was very patient and kind and I would definitely recommend her and book her again if I need to 😊

Lois was prompt, responsive, and very approachable. She transported my two senior cats from Philadelphia to Washington, DC. When one of my cats refused to go into his carrier, Lois improvised and was able to load him into a separate carrier in her car (earning a few scratches for the trouble!). She shared GPS tracking during the entire transportation process. She was also very patient as I unloaded the cats and put them inside their new home. I would entrust Lois with my cats again. I was highly satisfied with Brandon's job of trailering our boat from Flathead Lake MT to Seattle WA for repairs. He texted us regularly in the days leading up to pickup and he showed up for pickup when scheduled. The boat was delivered to the dealer on schedule. Brandon is a professional and is experienced. I plan to ask him to tow the boat back to Montana after the repairs are finished.
