Long long long trip cats were wet their blanket was soaked. Feel like they didn't get proper feeding when I text to see how they were no response no pictures like I asked Very disappointed this time . Used this service before with different driver and it was great these people were not great

Great communication!!

Steven was super attentive! Dior usually doesn’t like men, but she warmed up to him very quickly! Dior also usually doesnt do well with other dogs but Steven did his magic! He was super communicative during the whole process! He took her on many adventures which I appreciated! He not only drove her but took the time to spend time with her! She was super happy with Steven and so were we!

Yolanda kept in touch the entire trip with videos. I highly recommend her!

La familia transport gave me the best first experience of CitizenShipper I feel like I could’ve had. The communication was on point. I was reminded every few hours and sent videos and pictures of what my dog was doing. I was also updated on how far they were and whether there was any traffic. On the way to pick up my dog, they got rear ended and couldn’t complete the pick up same day. I was informed right away and they quickly communicated their plan. The transporter made sure to be there the next day exactly when the facility opened at 7AM and wasn’t late at all. Overall amazing communication, quick replies, and these are people that genuinely care for your pet.

They were super amazing. Sent me pictures and updates everyday and responded back super fast everytime i reached out. Also love that they shared their location the whole trip. My babies were in great hands! Thank you for taking great care of Dex and Sparky.

Matthew did an outstanding job transporting three commercial signs from Dallas to New York. He treated the signs with great care and delivered them incredibly fast. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and communication was clear and professional throughout. My customers were very happy with how smooth and reliable the process was. Kevin transported my anxious cat Poshie from NY to CA with love and care ! I’m so glad I chose Cherie and Kevin to take care of her during such a big move. I was worried about her but Kevin took her out for breaks from the carrier and reassured me that she was doing ok.

She was very fast, professional and updated me every step of the way. I loved watching short videos of the dog playing and stretching while they were on a break from the car. You did an amazing job Kelly. I appreciate you.
