Melissa was amazing. She was responsive when I reached out and took many pictures of our 14 week old puppies along their 17+ hour journey. She shared her location constantly and was always willing to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend her. She seems to have a soft touch with the puppies as evidenced by their comfort with her. No reservations at all.
