He transported my 10 wk old mini pinscher Abe, i was a little skeptical about booking with citizenshipper but working with Arne was a blessing he kept me updated about my pup the whole time from when he left to when he picked up my lil man and to when he dropped him off!! i wouldn’t want anyone else driving my pups if you need transportation BOOK ARNE❤️

I cannot recommend Arne enough! I had never shipped my 100 lb Rottweiler before, and I was extremely nervous—especially because my dog, Bentley, can be fearful, reactive, and has shown some aggression in the past. From the moment they picked him up, all of that anxiety disappeared. He was calm, patient, and completely unfazed by Bentley’s behavior. Shortly after he picked him up, he had Bentley comfortable and warming up to him! Arne and his partner, Simon, were truly amazing. Simon went above and beyond for Bentley, even when Bentley showed signs of fear. They handled him with confidence, kindness, and genuine care the entire time. They kept me updated throughout the trip, shared their location, and sent regular check-ins so I always knew Bentley was safe and in good hands. They delivered him exactly within the promised timeline, and I never doubted for a second that he was being well taken care of. If you’re looking for reliable, compassionate, and professional pet transportation services—this is the only way to go. I’ll absolutely be using them again and referring anyone I know.

Arne is a super nice person and helped us in a pinch. Here's the TLDR. Parents unexpectedly found and adopted a rescue, Pearl, on 11/14 while they were visiting us in CT. Flight home to FL for parents was on 11/16. We realized Pearl was a little too big to fit in an approved carrier and go on the flight. Enter Arne, who luckily was arriving in NY on 11/15. He came to our house at 1 in the morning on 11/16 to get Pearl who then was happily and comfortably at home with mom and dad in FL by mid-day on 11/17. Arne's not just a great transporter - he an obvious dog-lover/whisperer. He brought his adorable dog, Shadow, in to meet with us when he arrived on 11/16 and our little girl, Pearl, engaged with Arne and Shadow right away. He texted pics along the way so we knew she was all good. I would recommend Arne!

We hired Arne to transport a rescue dog from a shelter in GA to upstate NY. He assured us from the beginning that he had done this before and had dealt with shelters. I read all his reviews and felt confident in him. Everything went as he said it would and we got our boy. Would definitely use his service again.

Arne is absolutely amazing! He transported my two boys, Prada (XL American Bully) 120 pounds and Yogi (Standard American Bully), with so much care and love. From start to finish, Arne kept me updated and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Both dogs arrived safe, happy, and calm — you could tell they were well taken care of the entire trip. I'm so thankful for his professionalism and kindness. He was amazing, it was my first time sending my dog away so I was extremely nervous. He gave me updates when I needed them he made it safely to the destination.. I would definitely book him again if I needed another dog transported!! Overall 10/10 experience… if you’re looking for someone to trust with your dog it would be him it was amazing!

This was our first time using a transportation for our puppies and Arne made the entire process smooth and easy! He was extremely communicative with updates and pictures along the way as well as updates on when he would be arriving to the destination.
