We could not have chosen a more loving puppy transporter then Arne. He was straight forward and punctual, He provided us with updates along the way and videos of our little ones so that we knew they were in good hands the whole trip. It was our first time ever using CS. So we weren't sure who to choose, But in the end I'm happy we chose Arne. He brought joy to my family this holiday. ❤️ what else can I say? Great guy with a heart of gold!

Arne did amazing! I was an anxious mess and he did a great job on communication, delivery, and updates. My Doberman arrived safe and sound and happy!

Mr. Arne included me and my family in a group chat over text message and sent video proof of him walking my german shepherd for restroom breaks when needed. and delivered my dog 1900 miles from texas to florida with ease!!! took less time than he had estimated for my dog to arrive to florida from texas! and not to mention price was very affordable! he quoted $1000 for total cost of trip when i had other bids on citizen shipper hovering anywhere from $2,000-$2,400 for the same trip! would definitely recommend his services, very down to earth individual and what a pleasure to do buisness with. well done sir!

I cannot recommend Arne enough! I had never shipped my 100 lb Rottweiler before, and I was extremely nervous—especially because my dog, Bentley, can be fearful, reactive, and has shown some aggression in the past. From the moment they picked him up, all of that anxiety disappeared. He was calm, patient, and completely unfazed by Bentley’s behavior. Shortly after he picked him up, he had Bentley comfortable and warming up to him! Arne and his partner, Simon, were truly amazing. Simon went above and beyond for Bentley, even when Bentley showed signs of fear. They handled him with confidence, kindness, and genuine care the entire time. They kept me updated throughout the trip, shared their location, and sent regular check-ins so I always knew Bentley was safe and in good hands. They delivered him exactly within the promised timeline, and I never doubted for a second that he was being well taken care of. If you’re looking for reliable, compassionate, and professional pet transportation services—this is the only way to go. I’ll absolutely be using them again and referring anyone I know.
