Arne was so great transporting our sweet dog snowflake from Alabama to Colorado! He took great care of snowflake on their trip, always sent us updates, photos, videos whenever! We are very grateful for the service. Our dog was delivered safely, and you can immediately tell that the person truly loves animals and cares deeply about dogs. Our dog is not easy — mr. Legs doesn’t trust strangers easily and usually doesn’t accept affection from people he doesn’t know. We were especially worried that he wouldn’t even go outside or feel comfortable enough to use the bathroom during the trip. But despite that, he managed to find an approach to her little by little and handled everything very professionally and patiently. The trip itself was long, almost a day and a half, but our dog arrived safe and in good condition. Thank you again for the care and professionalism. We are very satisfied with the service.

Great job, no problems what so ever. Picked up when scheduled, delivered when promised, communicated along the way. When Bou got out of the van and greeted me after the trip, he tried to climb back in. That told me all I needed to know.
