He was awesome!! They transported so fast and I’m so grateful for the updates that was provided. We are truly happy they got our baby back to us!!

Paul transported a big husky-shepherd mix clear across the country for me, over 2000 miles, and delivered him safely to his final destination. The dog turned out to be extremely frightened the entire time, but Paul was kind and patient with him and did everything to help the dog be more comfortable. He gave multiple updates per day, including videos, and was on time for both pick-up and delivery. He was a good communicator with both me and my parents on the other side. I was impressed with the set-up in the van: Tons of space and blankets, plus one large kennel per dog in case they were necessary, and for us it was, to keep the scared dog more secure. Very glad that we chose Paul. Thank you!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service that I received for my dogs. Wonderful communication and time management. I was sent multiple videos and text messages about location and how my babies were doing. Melicia and Deja drove my dogs from Washington to Florida. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. Postponed several times only to cancel on me AFTER missing yet another agreed upon deadline and still wouldn’t fully refund me (only offered a partial refund). Gaslit me over the pickup location even after I provided screenshots of her previous agreement. So many great transporters available, stay away from this one!

Jose is the best!! Easy to arrange leading up to pick up, flexible, delivered our new pooch safe and sound, exercised him on the journey, and delivered ahead of schedule!! Stress-free pet transport. Recommend!!

Michael helped me to get a chair from Boulder to the Bay Area. He did an exceptional job! He and his drivers were professional at both pickup and delivery. He was a great communicator, coordinating effectively with the person at the pick up location, and keeping me apprised of the delivery status at every step of the way. His price was great and the chair was delivered in perfect condition as promised. I would use him again!

I am very satisfied with Just A Lick! My dog, Bubbles, can be very temperamental, but she was completely at ease. They also kept me updated with photos, videos and messages. Location was shared the duration of the transport and they were soooo polite and professional. I admit I was nervous at first, they were great with her and very reassuring to me. I would definitely recommend this pet transport service!!!
