He worked with my schedule and showed up when he said he was going to and he sent me pictures and kept me notified the whole time. I don't normally give reviews, seldom bad ones, but when I messaged the movers, another phone number contacted me saying that they were their employer and asked for details. I gave them details for phone numbers and addresses and pictures. Then on the day of delivery they did not show. An hour after they were supposed to pick up, the employer's number didn't pick up after several attempts. Then I called the driver several times, and they finally picked up and said that they couldn't deliver because they are out of state. Then I asked how could they make this work, they sent me another number, but that number isn't responsive to any phone calls either. To reiterate: I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. I wouldn't call this a scam, but the unreliability and lack of communication is abysmal.

He was straight forward and punctual, He provided us with updates along the way and videos of our little ones so that we knew they were in good hands the whole trip. It was our first time ever using CS. So we weren't sure who to choose, But in the end I'm happy we chose Arne. He brought joy to my family this holiday. ❤️ what else can I say? Great guy with a heart of gold!

Started out great , lowered their price ... seemed kind ... but then Communication was very poor once the job was accept . Was told dog would arrive @ 5 pm an didn't arrive until midnight , I canceled an appointment thinking they'd be there for 5 pm for my grandsons speech. Was never informed my new fur baby would be traveling with other pets . ( they said each pet had to be up to date on shots but yet they never reviewed any paperwork let alone take paper work from the original pick up location . ) it took 3 days for my pet to be delivered . Then when my pet was delivered his bed was not delivered with him or any food or food bowls or toys that I know where shipped with my fur baby. Very dissatisfied with the overall service ! Yes they did transport my fur baby but I feel they should have refunded me his bed bowls food an toys ! I do not support or recommend service 😒

Robbie was excellent. He communicates very well and responds quickly. We were a bit nervous about transporting a dog such as long way but he made us feel calm about the situation. Our dog arrived healthy and seemed comfortable with Robbie. The payment process feels risky as it requires trust but Robbie was very honest and great to do business with. We will definitely use him again if we ever need to.
