Shawn is an absolute professional. From the moment he met my kitty, Lula he took charge. He gave her the medicine, I handed over a clipper and he took care of trimming all her nails then got her right into her carry case. Shawn took care of EVERYTHING at the airport. We flew into Denver and he got us to luggage pick up, then to meet my son in law to drive us to our destinations. Josie did a great job transporting two dogs for us. She sent us regular updates and shared her location with us so we could keep track.
