I'm a nervous Nelly Mom, but was so totally soothed and satisfied with Mama J's Ride-a-long. Upon meeting Jessica, I felt relieved, just sensing that she would take care of my precious cat. She sent me 4 pictures of my baby on the 13 hour drive, assuring me that Allie was comfortable and as happy as possible. Upon delivery, I got another note confirming success. If you are looking for someone to love and care for your pet on its journey, as if it were her own, look no further. Jessica was responsive, responsible, and above all, super caring! I was very disappointed. Although the driver was a very nice young man, I was not pleased with the company. They were to pick up my dog in southern Florida and take him to northern Utah. At the time of booking I specifically asked if there would be any other stops and was told that as of that time he was the only one so it would be direct. They also asked to change the date of departure which was fine. When he was picked up the driver mentioned that he had to stop in Georgia to pick up another pup. What he didnāt mention was that he was going to drop that dog off in Maine. 2000 miles in the opposite direction. Two days longer than what was agreed on. What was supposed to be a Monday-Wednesday trip ended up being Monday-Friday. They didnāt communicate with me about the changes and the only way I knew what was happening is because I had put an AirTag on my dog and tracked him. If you choose this company I would highly suggest that you get absolute communication with them.

Antonio was great. Was very flexible and delivered our kitty Reya in what seemed like no time at all, he was very communicative during the trip letting us know what was happening. Our kitty Reya is shy and we were worried she would be scared when he dropped her off but she was fine and took no time relaxing once home. If we ever have to transport an animal in the future we would use him again.
