Excellent communication - sent us pictures along the way of how are furry friend was doing. She went out of her way to accommodate us on so many levels.. Jeffrey is very punctual and such a nice man. He was very communicative, and was prompt and delivered our puppy safely, sharing his location the whole time so I could see where he was during the trip. I would refer him to anyone who would need to transport their animal.
They’re cheap for a reason! The manager and communication from this company is horrible. I went back and forth with the manager because she reached out to ask me if there was an issue. After explaining every single communication issue I had and receiving the managers very condescending responses, I came to the understanding of how low this company’s standards are for customer service. I hope other customers never have to experience the way I was treated and, I absolutely would not trust them with your pets. Instead of acknowledging the communication discrepancies, I was patronized as if I made up all the communication complaints. The manager is delusional thinking they have excellent communication throughout this process and she is very unprofessional. She thinks if she says they communicate, that it’s true. Essentially, she’s more focused on trying to be “right” rather than being accountable and improving their communication practices. Going back to my first messages before I booked, I stated that it should only be a 6 hour drive and I confirmed that it’s same day delivery and I also ask for an estimated delivery AND pick up time. I never got a delivery estimate. They never communicated that it was not going to be a 6 hour drive and was instead going to be a 14 hour drive due to other pick ups. (It was actually a 20 hour drive by the time she was delivered). They did not ever communicate that a same day delivery can actually mean a window of 12-24 hours. And they most certainly never offered an option for a solo trip so that it would only take the estimated 6 hours I had confirmed originally. Instead, I was told all of this information after I complained about the lack of transparency, 6 hours after my puppy was picked up. So many missed opportunities for them to communicate the expectations. The only thing communicated was a 4 hour window for a pick up time and I had to ask twice because I did not receive a response for several hours the night before puppy was to be picked up. Not to mention she wasn’t even picked up in that 4 hour window. It was ME having to reach out to them and the driver in order to get necessary information. While so rudely responding to me, the manger kept referring to their very vague contract to make sure she was speaking within the parameters of the contract. If a manger needs to look at a contract to determine if they’re in the parameters for acceptable communication and customer service, then they probably are not. And lastly, I was given an excuse that they would rather get the animals delivered safely than communicate updates. Apparently, they can’t do both. However, as a reminder, it does state on their proposal for the bid.: **Updates:** We will keep you updated on the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your pet's drop-off throughout the day, as well as providing status updates. So it seems that they were in breech of their own contract but I wasn’t gonna bring that up until their unprofessionalism showed no bounds. If you’re unable to communicate an update on someone’s “precious cargo” once every 12 hours because you’re too busy “doing other things,” the manger nor the driver probably shouldn’t be in the business of taking care of people’s animals.
All Paws did a wonderful job of driving our two doodles from Pennsylvania to Wyoming. They encountered closed winter roads and icy conditions, and took care to stop extra nights to ensure safety and delivery. All Paws stayed in touch daily, sending photos and updates of trip progress. I was grateful for the service and will use again. 🐶🐶

5+ stars !! Critter Caboodle Transport was AMAZING !! The whole process was transparent and we got updates several times a day so everything was less stressful. The door to door pick up and drop off was truly appreciated. Our puppy was loved and cared for on his way to his new home. Thank You Critter Caboodle Transport !!!!!

Shawn transported my 2 dogs recently. She had great communication and was very pleasant to entrust with my 2 dogs. She sent pictures and updates on arrival time expectation frequently. I’m very happy with the service.

I entrusted Bridging the Miles to transport my new little princess from the breeder in FL to my home in LA. Donna and the team were very kind, supportive and professional with every step in the process. They deliver my dog head of schedule and just in time for my birthday. They made sure she was happy and well kept along the trip.
