Serena was an absolute angel. she came through for me and my partner when we needed the most. she was so patient and understanding of us and the situation my puppy was in, she did so much for us and genuinely was a miracle. she got our girl home in just a few days and my baby came back home happier than ever. serena deserves the entire world and id vouch for her any day any time anywhere. she is 100% my go to if anything ever comes up again, she has been a saint throughout my horrible situation. im eternally grateful.. if you’re ever looking for these kinds of transportation services look no further as serena is the best on the job. thank you so much serena, and for anyone looking i definitely think you should choose this wonderful woman. ❤️❤️

Serena was fantastic! She transported my 82 year old mother's dog, Cotton, from California to New Mexico and it was a flawless transport. She cared for Cotton as her own, sent regular updates and pictures and shared her location so we knew exactly when she'd arrive. Serena did an absolutely amazing job transporting my dog Paisley from California to Texas. My family met her at the pickup point in Los Angeles and she updated both them and me all the way to Texas. There was regular communication and pictures and I felt comfortable knowing everyone was doing well. She really went the extra mile to reunite us and my whole family appreciates it. Paisley is an energetic 65lb Labrador mix who is a recent rescue and not yet completely trained, but Serena handled her like a pro and she arrived happy and calm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Serena's services.

Serena was beyond amazing when transporting my 9 week old puppy Nala. She would share her location with me at all times and would often send pictures updating me on how my puppy was doing!! She even went above and beyond and bought nala her own crate, puppy pads and a play pen for us, which she also used at the hotel since my puppy is still not able to go out or touch the floor of public spaces due to her age. Serena was incredibly sweet and although she has not transported that many animals on this website, she has so much experience with animals and knows how to treat them super well. Since Nala is still a puppy, she would sometimes whine and bark and Serena found a way to calm her down by playing relaxing puppy music and cuddling with her. I know it is very scary to send your pet and especially a puppy with someone else, but I 100% trust Serena to do a good job when transporting any animal, and I 100% recommended her to anyone that needs this service. I was beyond satisfied and would rate her even higher than 5 stars if I could. :) Thank you so much for your time and kindness Serena!!!

Serena transported our beloved puppy to her new home in San Diego. My wife and I were completely pleased and satisfied with her service. She immediately took to our Latke and the love was returned. The transaction was very smooth. Serena took her time getting to know Latke before she left for her trip to San Diego. She sent us updates over the 2 days it took to reach the destination. We enjoyed meeting Serena and recommend her wholeheartedly. Five Stars for Serena.
