Raven was amazing. I feel like a college friend picked up my best furry friend for a summer road trip. She loves animals like no one else. I was very apprehensive about using a flight nanny, but they met my breeder at the airport in North Carolina and transported her to Arizona all in one day. New puppy is amazing and did not seem to be traumatized whatsoever by the experience in the plane. Flight nanny was very sweet and I could tell she cared about my puppy and her well-being. Awesome experience from beginning to end! I got my puppy within days of getting the quote! The whole experience of buying a puppy from across the country was stressful enough but she made it so seamless! She worked with me, was ahead of schedule which worked out even better for everyone involved, and I got my puppy in less than 24 hours! Will definitely go through them if needed in the future!! Kat was wonderful from the beginning. Really warm, considerate, professional, and attentive to both us as pet parents and our dog. She is a wonderful communicator and really wants to ensure we have a good understanding of what the travel details entailed, how she would take care of our dog, and what to expect. This whole experience was a first for us and naturally, we were nervous, but she sent daily updates via text, including cute photos/videos, as well as shared her location, so were in contact throughout. I'll also add that it was important to me that she was the only female-owned business that I came across, and wanted to support her efforts. Can't thank Kat and Ryan enough for all the love and attention they showed our pup throughout the whole process.
