Emi was great! ❤️❤️❤️ i had such a great experience with her! She took amazing care of my 3 cats during a long distance trip and kept me updated the whole time! Sending plenty of pictures and videos. She also kept me informed about the travel schedule and how my cats were doing along the way. Anytime i had questions, she was incredibly helpful which made the whole experience even more reassuring. It was comforting to know they were safe and well cared for. So grateful and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing reliable pet care! 🐾

VERY poor communication. Would keep pushing date of delivery several days. Didn’t communicate about a possible health issue (dog wasn’t pooping for 4+ days, and he didn’t tell us until the 4th day). Overall with the bad communication we were very anxious about the communication. Kept asking for money throughout the transport, despite agreed upon payment schedule.
