We, and our pet, could not have been happier with All Paws Aboard Pet Transport LLC! Gigi, the driver, was prompt and was a great communicator. We were able to follow her progress with an app she set up for us, we got pictures when they stopped. The whole thing was seamless, and a great experience and our pet.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I booked this service to safely transport my young son’s dog to his grandmother while our family prepares to move abroad. On the scheduled day of pickup, the driver canceled the service through the app, citing that his vehicle had been repossessed. After that cancellation, there was no further communication despite multiple attempts to reach him. As a result, my husband — who is also a veteran — now has to make an unexpected 8-hour drive from Tennessee to Michigan to ensure our dog reaches family in time, and then immediately return before our international flight. This is after we had already completed a long drive from Texas to Tennessee. I understand that life circumstances can be difficult, and I truly have empathy for that. However, canceling on the day of service, failing to communicate afterward, and retaining payment when no service was provided is unacceptable. We were also unable to recover the $425 that had already been paid through the platform. This situation caused significant stress, financial loss, and disruption for our family during an already critical transition. I would strongly urge others to proceed with caution.

I am beyond disappointed with this company. I previously used them for my own move, where the driver had no idea how to pack a truck, refused help, and ultimately shattered several items because things were just thrown in haphazardly. I mean, if you are the driver only and we need to load things in but we cannot go inside AND boxes cannot go magically inside the truck, how would that work? Despite that, I gave them a second chance for my senior parents’ move. Arthur was responsive until the actual day of the move. He promised a driver by 1:00 PM, then went completely radio silent. I flew to Boston specifically to manage this, took a week off work, and paid for three additional movers to help—all for this company to never show up or even send a courtesy text. My elderly parents were left stranded in a house full of boxes. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else. This company is unreliable and reckless with your belongings! If I could give zero stars, I would. They are responsive when they want your business, but they will abandon you the moment the work starts. Save your money and your sanity.
