Elena really went above and beyond to care for our two cats during a long transport with weather adversity! The siamese brother and sister do not travel well, but especially the girl. Elena needed to make an urgent vet visit when the cat's stress levels on the 2 or third day became too much and she was worried about her. Thankfully, our cat did better and they were able to make it home safely. Along the way I was kept informed, and Elena took the time to get to know what was normal for these two showing the great care and expertise she has. I would absolutely trust her again, thank you so much to Guardian Tails, we really did have a guardian to watch over them. Naomi

Alex was awesome! I shipped a 30lb mixed breed from St. Kitts to Denver and he did a great job getting her from the cargo company, and handling the international paperwork! He had her to me in Denver the next morning. I got tons of pictures throughout the trip which was so reassuring. I would 100% recommend working with Alex!!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found someone like Annie to transport my cats & dogs for me! She honestly took better care of them than I could have. There was no way I could have traveled across three states with 4 pets and a toddler and a moving truck! Annie called me and we chatted on the phone in advance so I could get to know her and feel comfortable letting her take my fur babies. She is so incredibly kind. When she arrived to pick them up, my dogs ran out and actually jumped right into her RV to greet her lol because they instantly liked her! My cats each got their own large cage with a litter box and bowls and fluffy bed...which is a heck of a better way to travel than cramped in a small cat carrier. She arrived from Utah to CA in exactly 9 hours and was able to deliver them to my brother safely who was there waiting to receive them for me. I know for a fact after shopping around that she could have charged me a LOT more, but she seemed more concerned with getting my pets relocated safely than gouging. I hope good karma always finds her. If you're nervous about transporting your pets, choose Annie!! xo

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our puppy had nearly a 15-hour trip — and it was wonderful from start to finish. He kept us updated throughout the entire drive, sent us pictures and updates along the way, and immediately made us feel comfortable knowing our puppy was in good hands. You could tell that he genuinely cared about his comfort and well-being, which meant so much to us. When you’re trusting someone with your new baby for that long of a trip, that peace of mind is priceless. Our puppy arrived happy, safe, and clearly very well cared for. He was dependable, communicative, professional, and most importantly, treated our puppy like he was his own. We are so grateful he was the one who brought our boy home to us and would 100% recommend him to anyone needing pet transportation. If we ever needed transport again, we wouldn’t hesitate to use him.
