My name is “Scooby” Drew (aka Drew Stacy), and I’m passionate about animals. I’ve cared for a variety of pets throughout my life, from dogs and cats to birds, ferrets, and even flying squirrels. With countless miles of experience transporting both my own pets and others’, I would be honored to help transport your beloved furry family members wherever they need to go.
In addition to my extensive experience with animals, I have 9 years of professional driving experience with Uber and Lyft. I maintain a 5.0-star rating, having completed over 6,000 trips and received numerous compliments and award badges from passengers.
Throughout the journey, I will keep you updated every step of the way via your preferred method of communication—be it text, photos, videos, or phone calls. I provide clean, sanitized crates, as well as water, bowls, blankets, and leashes to ensure your pet’s comfort. For puppies 12 weeks old or younger, I use a puppy playpen to keep their paws off the ground during potty breaks.

REFUND POLICY: I do require a 35% to 45% deposit /partial payment upfront to cover the cost of gas, etc. Flight transportation may require a 50% to 60% deposit/partial payment upfront to cover cost of plane ticket and pet fee.
Sometimes, there are occasions where transportation is significantly delayed due to inclement weather and road conditions, illness, or emergencies. This is not a frequent occurrence, but it can happen.
If I have not picked up your pet(s) yet AND the delay is too significant for you to be able to wait or to reschedule, and I have to cancel due to the situation, I will give you a refund of your deposit/partial payment.
If you have to cancel for any reason and your cancellation is more than 48 hours prior to the agreed-upon pick-up date, a refund will be issued.
However, if you have to cancel for any reason, and it is 48 hours or less prior to the agreed-upon pick-up date, a refund will not be issued. By this point, time and money has already been spent preparing and/or driving towards the pick-up location.
