Jean was absolutely amazing to work with and made this process so easy and reassuring with her thorough communication. She transported our 8 week old miniature poodle on a 5.5 hour car ride and provided updates and pictures along the way. Her vehicle was set up perfectly for our puppy with plenty of space and comfort. She arrived on time with our puppy safe & sound.
