Jean was absolutely amazing to work with and made this process so easy and reassuring with her thorough communication. She transported our 8 week old miniature poodle on a 5.5 hour car ride and provided updates and pictures along the way. Her vehicle was set up perfectly for our puppy with plenty of space and comfort. She arrived on time with our puppy safe & sound. Jean was on time to pick up the pup. There were some issues with the transport, but nothing dealing with Jean and she was able to bring the pup back to the breeder. I highly recommend
