I’ve never used a transport company before and was very skeptical but extremely short on time. Impossible for me to drive my own truck from NJ to FLA to pick up a recently purchased boat. Primeway Transport offered an insured driver for an exceptional rate. My boat was picked up on schedule and delivered quicker than I expected without any damage. The quoted price is what I paid. I actually feel a little silly being nervous about the process

We recently used Prime Way Transport to tow our boat over 1,000 miles, and overall, we had a great experience. They were incredibly fast in securing a driver—within hours of booking, everything was in motion—and the boat was delivered safely just 24 hours later. Communication was solid throughout the process. While I do wish there had been a live tracking option for more peace of mind, the team kept us updated and followed up with photos confirming safe delivery to the new owner. I’d recommend Prime Way Transport and would use them again in the future. Solid 4.5 stars!

The only issue that I really have was the Driver I don’t think he understood what he needed to do considering there was a language barrier. He spoke Spanish only I don’t, but he did try him. He had a bone for translation and stuff he didn’t arrive at the time that he was supposed to And same with the delivery multiple messages to him. He advised me that he was going slow with the camper, I honestly believe that the load was bigger than what he thought it was, but he was nice and he was respectful. He just didn’t deliver or pick up at the times that were originally specified. However, my RV did arrive with no damage inside or out, so that’s the important thing. He was not time orientated but he definitely took care of my RV.
