I cannot recommend her enough! From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. The transport was smooth, professional, and right on time. She got Max from Orange County to Boise the very same day, and I loved being able to track her through the app the entire trip, which gave me so much peace of mind. What really impressed me was that my original transport date was the 14th, but I told her I was hoping to get Max here sooner. She went completely out of her way to rearrange her schedule and made it happen by the 6thâwithout charging me anything extra. That level of kindness and customer service is so rare. I trusted her with my dog, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Max arrived safe, happy, and well cared for. If you're looking for someone reliable, compassionate, honest, and willing to go the extra mile, I would recommend her without hesitation. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Max!

I had an amazing experience with Heather. She was kind, caring, and full of joy throughout the entire process. She kept me well informed every step of the way, and her communication was outstanding. When she picked up my kitten, she immediately noticed that she wasn't feeling well. Her eye was very red and had pus in itâsomething we had never been properly informed about. Heather called me right away, kept me updated throughout the trip, and took wonderful care of my kitten the entire time. She even made extra stops to gently clean her eye and make sure she was as comfortable as possible. It's clear that Heather truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about every animal in her care. Her actions spoke volumes. Every time I spoke with her, she was warm, cheerful, and genuinely uplifting. She laughed, joked with me, and made every conversation feel personal and reassuring. Her positive attitude and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier, and it was obvious how much she cared. Her compassion, dedication, and excellent communication gave me so much peace of mind. I can't recommend her enough!

Pretty sure the guy tried to scam us for more money and then flaked on us because we didnât fall for the scam so I did not get my pet and now have to find a different service. But played us along till the very day he had to pick him up.I am not pleased. Suggest you look elsewhere.

Very satisfied 5/5 stars! Aaron was excellent in communication and transparency, before and after drop off. He sent us pictures of our dogs and consistent updates as well as flexibility when it came to dropping off down to the exact time of drop off which made it so easy for us and our family! We are so glad we picked him and would pick him again for multiple reasons but the main one being that when our dogs met him they trusted him and even put themselves in his vehicle. I felt very confident that they trusted him with the travel and they looked so happy. I thought what Aaron charged us was fair and gave us the opportunity to have a smooth move knowing our pups were taken care of first. Thanks again!

Honestly Hayley was great, she was very reassuring as she sent pictures and updates at every stop. So much was going on with us but she was so incredibly helpful. We had her transport our 3 dogs and 2 cats from Colorado to New Jersey. 10/10 would recommend, I was super nervous to have our pets transported, but she was great with them!

Anna was great! Quick and clear communication, and she really cares about dogs. She was very kind to me when I was feeling distressed about sending my pup on his way.
